Our Butter has never came in Sticks. It is a 1lb solid Block. So how about you do a video for that… like figure how to measure 2/3 cups of Butter from a 1lb unmarked block of Butter. Now that would be a Great Video. Marked Sticks would be a no brainer to figure out tablespoons.

If you measure all your ingredeints by weight, you would not have problems with divisions because the measuring scale is your tool of accuracy.

Great information, are you a Chemistry teacher ? Where l am fro, Quebec, Canada butter is sold in foil wrapped 1 pound units with markings on the wrapping If you cut it when it`s warm it makes a mess, so better to leave in fridge.. They also sell it by sticks but it is a lot more expensive. l guess we have to pay for convenience. Better your way.
