The issue is that when the area that you want transplanted is quite large as the case of this gentleman, they do it in sessions to avoid overharvesting. For instance, one session, say for the front, and then another for the crown, which is exactly the case here. He has mentioned himself that he would have it in two sessions. Hope this helps.

U could have covered your crown area with hair transplant u still have hairs in donor area.
They won't do crown and front.They'll do either one or the other
