Dodge makes the best trucks hands down.
I definitely say so, then again I haven’t driven any other diesels then dodges. Only gas
Id own all three if i could afford it. 😄But in happy with my 02 24v auto stock.
I also prefer column shifters, not even floor shifters unless its a manual, floor auto shifters just take up useful space and I'm just conditioned to a column shifter
I like all types of trucks so who cares but the type of trucks i like the most is the ones that you can drive every day and not worry about working half of your life just to fill it up.
I own a 6.6 but like you I love them all!
Hey man I also just bought a 1999 white 5.9 slt Laramie. 2wd the overdrive popping out isn’t always a transmission issue i forget what exactly causes that but there’s info online in the forms about it. Have you had any issues with the apps sensor ? Sweet truck !
The Cummins was the best but dodge made a cheap truck. The paint the transmission the diffs.
Fix the popping in and out of OD by wrapping the wire from the battery that goes across the alt in foil and then in electrical tape. Also put on the noise isolator from BD Diesel. Mine was doing it when I got it a couple years ago and I did both of those and it's been 100% ever since 25k miles

Motor great rest of truck kinda shit coming from owning 2 5.9 Cummins 07 up dodges quality of interior is so much better than these old ones
the ford 7.3 was a better diesel and truck ... at least the dash didnt blow apart in the fords... and you could make more power

I have owned all three of the most popular trucks. I will say that as great as the Cummins is the dodge truck is not even close to the best. They are good trucks but definitely not the best.
