I made this over the weekend and number one; no one suspected it was keto, two; the brown butter was an awesome tip, and three; I had to freeze the other half- I had a hard time stopping, he's absolutely right. I think it's the best keto dessert I've made. Maybe the best dessert period! Thank you!

Net carbs 3g X 16 = 48....that is the whole cake. Who the hell eats a whole cake? I for one would be sick and if a person does that then they clearly have an eating disorder and need food addiction therapy because eating plan will ever help.

You could use 100% dark chocolate with no added sugar and then add stevia or the easy thing to do would be to add a bar of Lily's no sugar added dark chocolate which already has the artificial sweetener in it.

Ok, I just finished making this cheesecake.. My thoughts.. first, absolutely delicious. That is what is most important. I used the 7” springform pan and it is really too small. 8” would have been much better. I made the cookie recipe and had lots of crumbs leftover. Lots of filling leftover too. I used all the extra stuff to make 5 extra small portions in cups. Darned if I would throw any of this away.. This recipe is a keeper. I also added a bit more sweetener to the filling. Good you suggested to taste,

I’ve been making this regularly. I’ve changed it a little though. Instead of using the peanut butter cookie crust, I use the chocolate crust from the coffee tart. It’s great! And saves the step of making the cookies!
Followup on this dessert. It is fabulous. Ganache was perfect on top. Thanks so much for this recipe. I may actually share it with family at Thanksgiving this year. :)

I know what you mean about locking away something. I made stuffed jalepenos out of canned whole and onion and chive cream cheese and then wrapped in bacon. I cooked all twelve thinking I might like them but could resist and freeze the rest. Well there's not one left. Next time I will make them and freeze them before I cook them that way they will last. But oh soooo good

Of all that is holy I cannot thank you enough for this recipe. I made this today and my head is still spinning. This is decadent and luscious. The only thing I changed was that I used an 8 inch cake pan because that was the smallest spring form pan I had. It made it not as thick as yours which was fine because it means I am not eating as big a piece. I also had a little difficulty with the conversion to US because I don't have a digital scale. I looked up everything and the numbers were weird so I just rounded up. It was the perfect dessert but it's dangerous. I am going to try and cut these into small slices and freezing it. That way I won't eat this every night. You are the best!
