Hi medicosis perfectionalis. I usually LOVE your mnemonics, but sometimes I use my own. I don't find "HLA-DR4 goes with RA" more memorable by thinking of the 4th finger. Instead, I think of D-4-mity, because RA deforms the hands.

My anti ccp is negative my RA factor is neg and crp is neg, passed physical exam and x rays...is there a chance I still have RA? Maybe just to early to see it in blood work ect?

Medicosis Perfectionalis you seem to know more than my Dr to be completely honest! I appreciate your quick response! I just had some symptoms so my dr sent me to Rheumatoid dr. But I have severe anxiety and ocd, again I truly appreciate your response! ...if you are not a Dr, you absolutely should be!
I thought that idiopathic comes from that we are pathetic idiots not to know, not that we are idiots not to know the pathology, wow, I stand corrected.

If RA is chronic disease than why the neutrophil is increase,why not lymphocytes? Plz anyone clear my concept
there is a surge of neutrophils only during flairs , which is more of an acute attack..the disease has periods of activeness and remission.
