Good cheap motor bro max power and great price awesome job on the review I had the .21r with the boost bottle in it totally incredible motor but dirt cheap 👍
Also if your interested I would love to get an adapter I remember your brother made it if he's willing to make another I'll pay. Join my Facebook group we can discuss this further. Fb:Nitro RC Life
If You want a bigger exhaust port just get a hpi 4.6 block housing it's the same there made by force f 4.6 all the parts will go right in to the hpi savage block. I v also seen other people with the exhaust adapter for this engine not sure were they got it from but IV seen the ring and gasket ✌️👍💯🍻
Great content, !! Thanks Trying to resurrect this motor now, struggling with needle sets, do you have suggestions or factory settings to share? Appreciate the help in advance..
So there is a lip on the HSN and factory is flush with the bevel low is flush with the slide body. This motor is super easy to tune you shouldn't struggle
@@Nitro_rc_life great information, thanks. I have it running with plenty of smoke, not hitting the full high end then stalls every time I apply the brake.. I'll use your guide to start over
i love my Force engines. they are well built stable engines with a lot of grunt (torque) in the lower to mid rpms. The only downside for me personally is the lacking top end power.. the entirety of the powerband kinda tapers off. But, this is fixable with a good quality pipe and header. Good video man! btw, did your force engine(s) came brand new with the piston set at TDC ?
I'm not sure I have taken this motor apart a couple time so no idea if it was TDC or not and which engines do you have? I personally have 2 of these .28r and I have the hpi 5.9
@@Nitro_rc_life its weird though because some of my force engines came with piston at TDC.. not sure why. i have the .15 , .17 CNC, .18 , .21 , .25 .32 and .36 - i am getting the .28 in the nearby future too but skipping the .38 because of fuel x milage.. i think its an engine that shouldn't be made at all because the 36 (which is the HPI 5.9 'replacement') is already gulping fuel like crazy. out of the force engines i own, the 36 by a longshot is the easiest to start with the pull start once its broken in.. it was also the hardest to pull start on break in lol
Wow you have a ton of them that's awesome in time I will aswell I started nitro exactly 1 yr ago so I'm still in the learning phase I got the tuning down pat and quickly as well. I love the 5.9 I can't wait till spring so I can bash my savage xl. I don't want to rust it or I would snow bash it but thanks for tuning into my channel and that's for the comments I started a Facebook group so I can see what my viewers are doing and check out their stuff if you want join in. Welcome to my channel thank you for stopping by. No thus won't work with ez start but the tiger drive (external shaft version) is a perfect alternative and that's what I'm currently using

Nice overhaul. I only used the HPI G3.0 wich is made by Force. It's a great quality engine 👍
This engine is amazing and super powerful I'm glad I purchased 2
Awesome motor
Good engine, i love my 28maxx. I made adapters for the exhaust so i can install a regular 1/8 scale header
Your video is how I found out about this motor

Nice lookin motor dose it fit standard traxxas engine mounts ? 👌👍🏻
No you need ofna big block mount
Keep the traxxas stuff coming. I am trying to put a OFNA .21 JAMMIN on my 3.3 Tmaxx right now
If you would like I could make a short video detailing my big block tmaxx and could show how I built it and where to find the parts

Another youtuber sent me one from France but the adapter fell out of the package it really bummed me out but that's life
Instantly bought one. If we only would get steel transmission gears with reverse.
It is possible robinson racing use to make them but it's not in a kit you have to order 5hem seperate

It sounds like your linkage isn't set up properly
@@chriscaporiccio3896 check linkage sounds like it's not set properly. And if your linkage isn't right you will struggle
@@Nitro_rc_life I'll address that again as well, thank you.
It's also 115 degrees here for the last 22 so that could be a small factor..
Is this a direct drop in or do you need a big block kit? Thanks
You still need the bb mount
Where did you find this recently or something you had around looking for parts for mine
Join my group on face book I can send you links to every part but cooling head
Does it have the short crankshaft?
No you use a motor mount that's shifts the engine back slightly. Tmaxx ofna big block motor mount search fir that
I love Force engines..where do you buy this one??
Ebay

Will that work with ez start

Ok I lied you could use ez start but you would need to make a shim of some sort
