How to do the V-Step | Dance Tutorial

The V-step is a really cool and pretty easy move. Practice qhen you are sit down and you'll get it quickly. It is also very usefull in order to understand how your body weight sit on your feet, thus improving balance and coordination.

Thanks for your tutorials! Ive been going out dancing since the late 90's and not really knowing what I'm doing but still having fun and being creative. I get compliments on my dancing, and get people hyping me up and dancing with me quite often but I've always wanted to actually KNOW technique, and here I am. It's easier than I thought and I wish I'd checked this type of thing out years ago! I already knew a variation on the T step just from fucking around, and am picking up this step pretty quickly too. Still having a lot of trouble with making moonwalks look stylish though.
