Had a gears session with James Leitz last week! One of the best for sure! He made me work on D force. All of these movements are what I had to work on with James

This is what baseball hitters do to transfer energy. Excellent presentation! Thank you.

This such a great progression! 1) Effect of the grip on your release pattern → 2) from P2 a burst of energy generated by transferring weight from lead side to trail side and back to a posted lead side → (to maybe, 3) using hackmotion to get feedback on wrist conditions at P4 to better control club face through impact?
Assuming you think this would be a good 3rd progression and since most people won't be able to afford a hackmotion device (like me) any thoughts on how to get feedback on your wrist condition at the top of the back swing?
In other words, without using hackmotion is there any way to get feedback to know you are hitting the the sweet spot between to much flexion at the top + at impact, or to much extension at the top + impact?

Thanks so much for the comment and feedback here! I do greatly appreciate it! Happy to help any way I can!
The best way I would say to monitor the wrist conditions (and more so the face control) would be through video and comprehending how the club face stays square the leading edge of the shaft!
I’d be happy to jump on a call and explain this i to you if you’d like! Here is a link for a free consultation call below:

Like 95% of all amateurs out there I struggle exactly with this. Too much weight/pressure going over to trail side and stays there way too long. Will take this to the range as another drill to work on. This seems more real than step drills to be honest. Nobody does step drills on the course but plenty people even on tour raises their heels.

Couldn’t agree more! Not saying step drills don’t work or help but I like things that relate more to hitting shots like I would on the course! Thanks for sharing and let me know how it goes!
