Procrastinated for 1.5 years before making this video and it took the fact that we will be moving out next week to motivate me to make this video. This place will always be a special place to us and it served us well while we lived here and I am sure our guest would agree as well.

I saw it being listed for $750 after we moved out. But I think $700 is more of a fair price for what is offers haha

A couple can live in this together comfortable but I won’t recommend flat sharing with someone else as it’s only 1 bedroom.
