    This is a really stupid question I'm sure, but can someone precisely define what positive foot placement and neutral spine mean. Obviously I feel like I've got a general idea, but what specific definitive points do you need to remember.

    • @kristenarcher5996
      @kristenarcher5996 Рік тому +2

      Neutral spine just means making sure you keep your back straight as a rod, dont round it (cat back) or let it sag (cow back). Positive foot placement means making sure your toes stay pointed straight ahead, not flared outwards or inwards. Imagine there is a straight line shooting out of your big toe in front of you, try to keep your whole foot and knee along that line.

    There is no way this guy got that jacked doing these workouts alone. Dont be fooled. This is just for conditioning. Wanna look like him you have to put in the other 98% of the hard work at least 3 to 5 times a week, being consistent every damn week, all year round, year after year not to mention eating healthy and cutting out eating and drinking crap.

      Heavy sandbag exercises and heavy tyre flips will get you jacked

      The sled rope pull and the body drag all put pressure on your biceps and work your back. Just because they're not the standard barbell exercises doesn't mean they don't work

      @rampagesmackssons508 yeah this all seems to hit nearly everything. The only thing it's missing is a bit of chest but if you incorporate some bench, dips and/or pushup then you'll be fine. May be some dedicated core as well.

      You’d be surprised how big built or ripped you can look by doing those CrossFit type style of workouts. In his military service you obviously do some standard bodybuilding workouts like your bench press, deadlifts etc. but the majority of the time running and circuits are quite popular in the military. Doing workouts like that work all your body like sandbag carries, sled pull/push, pull ups etc.

      buy a pull-up bar and some resistance bands. then all it takes is consistency

    • @grahamfisher5436
      @grahamfisher5436 2 роки тому

      start with your pull up bar set low down,
      so your feet are on the ground 1st
      to support your body weight ..
      only try 1 or two pull ups at a time ( reps )
      do this until you are finding it becomes possible/ easy.
      over about 1 - 2 weeks
      then... increase the amount you do over each session - 2 to 3
      Once you can comfortably pull your chin up over the bar.
      then... begin to raise the bar up a few inches.
      and go back down to 1- 2 pull ups..
      start small and slowly
      and you will find after a month you have improved.
      remember to keep breathing.

    Totally impractical. You have sign up for a special gym to do this workout. It's more of a marketing gimmick. You can simply go to a normal gym and do deadlift, squats and bench press and military press.
