The Magic Keyboard was that last bit that made the iPad perfect for me hardware-wise. I love it. Just a few more things in terms of software and it works better for me than any laptop.
I guess my biggest issue with this case is the fact that you can’t fold it flat to use the ipad in portrait mode like you can on the original smart keyboard folio.
the time it takes you to fold over the smart keyboard folio is probably longer than the time it takes to detach the ipad from the magic keyboard, or... you can just close the magic keyboard and lay the ipad on it which will probably make the timing about the same

I never was a big I pad, I phone person. But over the past 4 years I made the switch. And I have never been more happy with my Choice to switch. And soon I will be trying out the I pad pro.
I have been using this keyboard so much the last 18 months and it is my favorite Apple accessory ever. It worked beautifully on my 2018 12.9 iPad Pro and now my 2021 12.9 iPad Pro.

Graeme Plant I returned it. Mouse was useless on YT and excel. Couldn’t drag the rewind and fast forward cursor in UA-cam and couldn’t open filters in excel pivot tables worksheets with the mouse.

I’ve been watching Peter, for so long, he has inspired me to create content and videos to inspire others to do and be their best. I’ve been doing this for the entirety of quarantine and I love it. Just started with a whopping 38 subs but that doesn’t matter just so long as I inspire!
Wow, it’s nice to see someone who can actually see the value instead of just complaining about it because it’s not for them. Personally gonna have to pass but only because of how I like to use my iPad - both for typing and digital art with Apple Pencil but I need a protective case for this thing; popping it off and using it naked just isn’t an option for me. But I can see how this is an awesome solution and new option for a lot of people, especially students and mobile creatives.
For me it's the weight which bothers me... it's thicker and heavier than my 13" MacBook Pro. It looks like a great option if the iPad is your only computer... but for me it's always a travel device. Great feature though Peter!
In regards to the case design. The flaw and solution for opening is. An Apple Pencil slot that protrudes from the case. Rounded and sleek that would act as an indicator and lip from where to lift with your finger.

I love that you lit your set a little bit more for this video. The dark style with the gel on your light so your practicals in the background all turn blue is cool, but this natural look is really nice

I am still working at it with every video! I'm personally never 100% satisfied with the colour, but I think thats what keeps me to continue to push for a better result! Practice! try new things. Over and over and over and over and over! 4 Years in and I am sill trying :)

Spent years on Mac and Wacom, but Once the Pencil, Procreate, and LumaFusion came along, it became a serious tool for me. The mini5 first, now ordering the big Pro and keyboard. Can’t replace Mac for After Effects, but a good 70-80% of my work can be done with this. So cool.
Apple: What if we take a laptop apart and sell it back to them in pieces with a sub-par operating system and tell them it can replace their laptop at a higher price?
