I have been wanting to do this for a while now, thanks for the inspiration! A smooth lager-stout sounds perfect to keep on tap during the winter.

I am too distracted by the fact that you use conicals as grain dispensers, and i absolutely blown away by the sheer swag of it . (If i’m correct about it, of course)

Should have tried a triple comparison. I recently used Lutra for a Baltic Porter in lieu of lager yeast - excellent. Went from 1.090 to 1.14 in 2 days. One of the tastiest brews I ever made. Incredibly smooth already with the high abv. Keep up the good work, Dr Hans!

Very cool experiment, 34/70 is becoming one of my favorite yeasts, very versatile

De-he-he-he-cent shirt! I was going to brew a stout in the near future, now I'm wondering if I should try a lager yeast. Great work, keep it up, ey 🇨🇦
