@@id7447 Housing is not an asset unless rental income exceeds EMI, always make sure someone else pays for your large debts, otherwise you are bank's slave and if you fail to pay emi, bank will auction the so called asset.
PS : We are always told house is an asset (yes, it is bank's asset)

The previous year i took a loss nearly 5 to 7 lacs in order to satisfy myself that i would get rid of my housing loan. I had sold my old house . After 3 months my old house value went up to 5to 7 lacs. Nice episode 👍
technically that's not a loss its just a missed opportunity to make more money.
@@nishant115me my comment was on this video which perfectly suits to me, i had to pay some (after taking loan) for my new house. and had a small loan on my another house.only my obsession was that i didn't want to have two loans, All My old house papers were incomplete which I found later after stroke the deal, the payment which was to be received in two months took 4months extra in order to complete paper work. I had to borrow money from open market because i had to pay for new house within two months..my all purpose to sell old house been worthless to some extent. On the top old house value just went up in that time. (Lost a good rent +paid 40k extra income tax)so Learning and earning will be remain in whole life according to this channel
Well told points. Taking a home loan is always better because the opportunity cost of your money is always higher considering the single digit interest rate of home loans.

one thing that's unrelated here, even after every single paper is in order if you are buying an ancestral property make seller's siblings(brother/sister) and even kids as witness... otherwise after selling they can raise disputes even after 10 years... if they can't come and make the seller go to them and make them sign a NOC, or a press release in 5-6 major newspapers that if they have any objection in the sale of the said property they can report within 1 month and save that newspaper copies as proof

Aur agar koi problem aati hai like owner ka plot sahi ni ho, ya owner uss plot ya homeb ko do do aadmi se bech diya ho, ya ese tarh ka koi other problem ho uss plot pe to agar registry hone ke baad ye sab problem aati hi. To responsible kon hoga. Kya mera invest kiya hua esme paisa dubb jayega ya bank ko unn saare paise ka loss uthana padega. Aur pura loss ka responsible bank hoga?

Sir I purchased a plot with builder- buyer agreement and loan is also taken on this property and the builder is forcing us for registery. Please guide whether registery is compulsory or builder-buyer agreement is sufficient. This is RERA approved property.

sir i have ancestral home (200 sq yard)(60Lac) + village land(350 sq yard)(10 Lac) in Sikandrabad, Bulandsheher. We live in sahibabad, ghaziabad. The logic fallacy in the argument is that just because bank has given loan on a property would mean title of the same would be absolutely clear. Please refer to various High Court judgements across states.
My lawyer friend, note that every thing cannot be fact based.
For a common man, home loan is the only way to buy homes.
If you have the ability to verify all documents yourself, go ahead.
Common man cannot do that.
I can give n-number of fallacies to you on every aspect of life. But being pragmatic helps in the long run.
