    When we purchase a house First question we should ourselves whether I need a house or not. if we have one house I think we should not go for second one.

    I tried for oan to build house but ultimatly i decide that insted of getting loan i can build ahouse part by part slowly in my small salary it is convenient rather than getting loan from bank.for that i invested 2 year back in mutual fund and now i building house little blittle with my salary rest of balance if required i take it from MF rather than take loan from bank and keepung tention of intrest and principle amount upto 20 or more years.

    Sir would appreciate your thoughts on below how one needs to be aware of the H.L. rates banks are offering , mean if banks are showing you less rate however indirectly the rate of interest is more which normal customer don't understand. Eg: Nationalized banks offers very cheap rate of loan say 7pct on contrary ICICI Bank is saying we can offer 6.85 , is this for real that a private Bank is a actually offering less ? How or is it something which we don't know?

    It will be better to buy the dream house by taking the home loan instead of accumating the money and then buy own house.

    Hi can you make a video on various investment options for NRI housewives who have small monthly income (around 50k) in India. If NRI’s can invest in stocks, MF and other investment options that can be easily monitored and managed from India. Also, if it’s safe and advisable to invest in crypto currency, digital gold and others similar things through various mobile apps. Asking everything from POV of housewives .

      Stay away from crypto. Don’t invest in something you don’t understand. Invest money where NPS invests. It will be much much safer and stable as government will have in their best interests due to politicians also needing pension

Sir I earn 75k per month and I am bachelor I want to buy a house right now and all the check point as you told is satisfied . Sir I want to buy a home under 50L and I am planning to get housing loan and I can pay 50k per month and 20k is very very sufficient to because my father to earning .so is it advisable to get home loan ?

    Sir..ji, Can PPF Money be used to buy A House, Still home loan is needed. I want to buy Home which may cost 50.lakh.
    I have PPF FUND 25.lakh.
    Is it better to take only Half Amount of loan..I am 43.years old.
    My PPF is getting Mature in April 22.

      Don't close ppf extend 5 more years( compound interest)part of ppf can be withdrawn for down payment of house

    I had taken an home loan of 45 lakhs this year. I will get approximately 10 lakhs next year end. Is it wise to reduce my outstanding loan amount with it or to invest elsewhere to earn more returns? Please include this in ur part 2 video.

      I'd say payoff your loan unless if your other investment where you plan to invest yields you more gain than interest rate of the loan.

      It's better to reduce principal amount, as first few years most amount of emi is interest

    Good day, pay down payment and plan emi such that it does not swipe ur purse fully. Don’t think of interest. Don’t worry appreciation will be such that all interest u paid will be covered up by the price appreciation of the property.

      The value of buildings may go down after few years. So that buildings have Depreciation only and not Appreciation. Eg: In 2021, rate of plinth area of a building is Rs.2000/- per Square feet and therefore cost of a new building has 1000 Sq. Ft. is Rs.20 lacs (Rs. 2000x1000 sq. Ft. ). If You want to sell 1000 sq.ft area building which is 20 or 30 years old in 2021, You may hardly get Rs.1000/- per square feet. Therefore, value of Your old building will be Rs. 10 lacs or little bit more or less.
