- Saskatchewan nomination program can get you Canadian Permanent Residence like no other province.
For Canadian immigration you have low CRS, low IELTS score, have no job offer, older than 30, no Canadian education or experience??? If your profession is acceptable to Saskatchewan Provincial Program (SINP) then, SINP is right there for you to make your Canadian dream come true.
Here is the much awaited step by step guide to file an Expression of Interest (EOI) whether or not you are in the Express Entry pool.
All you need:
- Valid Passport
- Valid ECA
- Valid IELTS
- Eligible NOC (should not be on the Excluded Occupation list, link below)
- Express Entry Profile number (for SINP EE subcategory only)
- Job Seeker code (for SINP EE sub category only)
- Proof of funds , as per your family size (aged 30 or more days)

If you want to keep other PNP options open via EE, create an EE profile and submit EOI to SINP EE category

If you want to apply under sub category SINP EE then do that else you are currently in EOI pool under sub category SINP OID

Hello. I saw on the SINP excluded list that fire chiefs and senior firefighting officers with NOC 0432 where excluded from applying. I am a firefighter with NOC 4312(I’m not a fire chief). Does this make me eligible to apply since I am NOC 4312(firefighting)? My degree certificate was in chemistry which can be linked to have a relationship with firefighting.

Yes, you got it right. That’s only SINP requirement otherwise IRCC if you get an ITA in an FSW draw would have been fine with only master’s assessment

You can apply for EE and SINP EE simultaneously. For OINP you need a notification of invitation

Amazing video . thank you so much for such detailed session.i have a question one of my friend is having masters in zoology, ielts clb 8 ,age 31 and waiting in pool for ee score to come down.Now he is planning to submit EOI with NOC 8252-Agricultural service contractors ,farm supervisors and specialized livestock workers,on the basis of his experience for working with livestock and farming as usually people in villages have.what you suggest is it right choice to choose this NOC because otherwise he is working as a teacher .

I suggest to claim work experience which can be proven later on as the province of Saskatchewan has long requirements list for assessing if work experience is genuine
There's an option of intended destination for settlement while submitting eoi. What should we select? Saskatchewan community dependent on job offer, unknown Saskatchewan destination and all the cities on options.
Choose any. No obligations to live in that city after nomination you can live anywhere in the province later on.
Most applicants choose Regina or Saskatoon

If your primary NOC is 0601 with 5 years of experience in EE.
Can you submit saskatchewan EOI with 6221? With a bit of tweaking? Since it is in demand.
JD falls in both NOCs but got 5 years with 0601 while 3 with 6221.

@@alinusrat4559 in this video you ll notice that I explained two sub categories SINP EE and SINP OID. the second one does not require you to enter into IRCC pool of Express Entry profiles.

He has got SINP EOI and has to accept the same by 17th July. His surname in his passport is Agarwal, while his wife's surname in her passport is same but
different spelling- Aggarwal. On his passport, spouse surname is Agarwal instead of Aggarwal.
Should he get the passport fixed? In such case, is there any possibility to update passport details post SINP ITA?

Hello Mr Ansari, i have submited my EOI howvwer one of my old employees at the moment are not able to provide experience letter, so I I get invite from Saskatchewan can I reject the PNP / willit have any effects if I reject PNP ?
Do not reject. Just make changes to your EOI by excluding that experience. Your score would go down because of not being able to claim that experience

i tried to create my EE profile but at the beginning and after creating the same, it shows ineligible. it is also true before creating the profile, while checking eligibility, it says ineligible.

Hello brother, I'm working since 2010 and had work experience in agriculture because of masters in agriculture till 2017 related to my degree. But in 2017 I did masters in microbiology and change my filed of earning..question is should I mention my whole work experience with both fields which is more than 10 years in choosing NOC related to my later degree microbiology.
For Saskatchewan only one experience at a time can be claimed.

SINP OID does not an express entry profile. Both SIND OID and EE sub categories have same rules and eligibility requirements except for having an EE profile for the latter

Your score is good but so far SINP. Has not picked up 3413 as far I can recall.

1- chances are determined by points. If you have SINP pts close to 70 you can have good chances but the age is real challenge being 43

Education at bachelors level seems relevant which is enough to create the link between education and profession whereas you can use MBA for highest education points. Another ECA for master equivalence is recommended if you can afford it

Is it necessary to live in SK until the PR?
A provincial nominee has to show intention and plans to permanently settle in nominating province. That’s why a province nominates the applicant. Otherwise there is no benefit for province to nominate applicants

If your NOC is in the draw and your score is equal or better than the cut off of the draw you ll get an invitation
When will they have Excluded Occupations back in demand?
The occupation list is driven by demand of those professions in the province. Change would be possible only if the demand and priority of those provinces would change.
