Good day, pls i just came across this video and i would like to inform you that I have created an Expression of Interest profile since December 2023, under the In-Demamd Occupation for NOC 11109 (Other Financial Officers) Teer 1 and also evaluate my credentials, I was 37 years Old when i created the profile and after providing every necessary information about myself, I got overall score of 73 points out of 110 points, I have a cousin who has become Canadian citizen in Saskatchewan and also I have my proof of funds intact in my account before the profile was created up till this moment. But my major concern is that based on my research about the previous draw of the SINP on the selected NOC 11109, i discovered that the minimum draw points used for that particular NOC has always been from 80 points and above. Please what is my chances of getting an Invitation to apply with 73 points.

While applying for SINP do we have to live in that province or can we apply while residing in another province?
Thank you for this. I will like to add that one very important thing to mention about pof is that we have just 60days to submit application however one needs to have kept their fund for 90days. I got shocked with this information after I recieved ITA. Please advise how to show retirement savings account as pof, since the money is not readily available.
By obtaining the letter from the PF authority. It's not a shock, since it says very clearly on SINP website what their requirements are

70 points is a great score if your NOC is picked

What should I do if my Express Entry profile is about to expire in 10 days but I have already received an ITA from SINP and also submitted documents? So do I need to create new express entry profile and inform to SINP? And if so then how? Please guide here or provide link in which I can get information about this issue. Thank you for your guidance.
Once it expires. Create a new one and share the details of the new profile with IRCC
I have registered in one well known immigration consultant office and they said its ok if your education and job profile are not same. And they said we have many clients that who has not same profile in education and job. Is it true?
You are welcome to check SINP website for their criteria and requirements and then act accordingly

I got ITA in the recent SINP draw.
Do I need to have ECA for all my qualifications?
I already have ECA for my highest qualification, which is MBA. I did not add my Bachelor's degree to the ECA report.
My Bachelor's is in Computer Sciences (BSCS) degree and my experience is as Web Developer.
My ITA is for Web Developer as well.

If a person has 55 points in factor 1 in sinp and factor 2 it has 30 points then the subtotal is around 85 so a person is eligible for the sinp?

Could you please tell me what all documents are required as proof of work experience apart from roles and responsibilities letter, I also understand that sinp need at least 1 govt issued employment proof.

No it means ITA to those who created their profile on SK portal and had the NOC and the score that was drawn by SK in this draw.

is retail sales supervisor has to be the same education with work experience? because retail sales supervisor employment requirement is only Higher secondary education in NOC code in cic website? eg. I did masters in pharmacy so it is obvious I have done higher secondary school education in my home country. so is it okay to get SINP for Retail sales supervisor?

No it won't. Most of these invitations will need 6 months to be given as nominations and 600 points and will have no impact on the draws this year
There can always be separate PNP draws as well and they can be cleared out that way.

No. Complete Funds must be aged 3 months.

Q:- I m going for 0621 SINP , I am my own small company director, But my studies is Computer diploma 2 yrs after Secondary school....So...Noc req. Suggest only secondary schools required, and bachelor's BBA is "usually"req. Not compulsory I suppose.. Can I go for that or
Should I opt for 6221 technical sales..but again self employed so 6221 is managerial? SINP also has something about managerial self employed NOC selection ....and 6221 It's Noc req says no degree req. College diploma could work..

My spouse erroneously filled his ‘country of study’ as Wales, but it was actually Nigeria because it was 100% online from a Wales university. He however filled town/city of study as Nigeria (online delivery). Now the problem is that they are asking for him to upload the police certificate for Wales. Meanwhile, he has never been there. What do you suggest we do please?

Change the country of study to wherever she was physically present. In the name of the college add (distance education) in brackets. And then explain in LOE. Pcc requirement will be removed.

I always appreciate your content. very informative. for education requirements, I am a little confused. must your bachelor degree and masters have to be in the same field to be eligible? what if the employment requirement is a masters in social science with several years of experience in that NOC, and I have the requirements for masters but the bachelor's degree is in a different field, would I still be eligible?
