More than 3 million Chinese citizens had escaped to this Manchukuo.
Because British Imperial, Dutch, France,.....and US had brought opium into Asia and Chinese mafia had started conflict for opium business. Manchukuo was the safest place.

Population of Manchuria greatly exploded under the rule of Japan.
Manchurias population growth is not because of Japanese immigration but because of Hans people entering to Manchuria for the purpose of high income , living security and political stability of Manchoukuo.

Description "a tour of the 'Chinese' province of Manchuria."
    My reaction... HAHAHAHAHAH.
China was a part of the Manchurian Empire from 1644-1911. The Chinese were forced under Manchu rule to adapt Manchu customs.... including the Queue hairstyle (Google it).
The Manchu kings were forced to hand over half of Manchuria to Russia in the 1860s. Northern Manchuria is STILL in Russia (Google it).
Go there and tell the manchus there that their land is a "Chinese province". hahahahahha

As I watch the video, some Chinese families are depicted living BETTER than some of Chinese families in today's Communist China. Whatever if it's Japan's aggression or America's myopia, Manchuria could have been the world's second largest economic power exceeding Japan if it survived. I met a lot of Japanese elderlies who were schooled with local Manchurians and Han Chinese. They love to remember those days and still threw a reunion in today's China from time to time. Manchuria was the United States while Japan was England.

"US military Comfort Women since 1950-80s" (2)
Findings like these led Hughes et al. (vaw.sagepub.com/cgi/reprint/13/9/901) to call the military bases and the kijichon a “hub for the transnational trafficking of women for prostitution and related forms of sexual exploitation.” The authors specifically cited “transnational trafficking” because they discovered that women were being transported within the country as well as across its borders, most often to massage parlors in the U.S. Thus, these women were being sought not only by U.S. and Korean military personnel, but also by civilian men in both countries. Furthermore, in some cases, the U.S. soldiers were themselves traffickers. In one particularly egregious example, a 14-year-old Korean girl was abducted and raped by members of the Korean army. She was then given over to an American soldier and subsequently moved to America, where she was then sold into a massage parlor circuit.

  • @abdomen2010

"US military Comfort Women since 1950-80s" (1)
First, some context. Following the Korean War (1950-1953), the U.S. established bases in South Korea to defend the country in case of a North Korean attack; currently, there are 100 such bases throughout the country with over 30,000 American troops. In the 1950s--1970s, the South Korean government and the United States Forces in Korea (USFK) jointly agreed to set up “rest and relaxation” centers for American troops. Aimed to provide reprieve and entertainment for weary soldiers, these centers developed into kijichon (military camp towns) where only U.S. troops and servicemembers are allowed access. While prostitution is against the law in Korea, these centers are nevertheless teeming with prostitutes--or “comfort women”--with an estimated 20,000 in each kijichon.

US military comfort women during the Korean war.
      jp.sputniknews.com/opinion/201802164588182/
American Imperial and puppets (Canada etc) gang-raped Japanese women during the occupation and many Japanese girls and women got pregnant. So GHQ ordered Japan to set up comfort stations. And now they are lying and making anti-Japan propaganda that comfort women were sex slaves.
Americans are spitting on their faces with bribes from China Communists (including Chinese-American spies).

They suffered under the Japanese rule. Many Japanese are proud of their history? Ok, great for you dude. What does that do with this?

@aliciacundall The growth rate of chinese is imcomparability more than Japanese. Every year from Shangdong peninsula innumerable chinese immigrant entered into Mancchokuo in purpose of good money and good occupation .
Because no war and no famine in Manchokuo under the rule of Japan.

@Ilikemeows Nobody in Korea suffered from Japanese government. Many Korean people volunteered with military services in the wartime. Many Korean people joined force with Japanese war. Korean racial industries have been developed under the rule of Japan in coperation of Japanese capital. 36 years of Japanese rule in Korea is the blessing for Korean people.

I wouldn't call that ethnic cleansing since the Tibetan population grew since occupation. It's obvious that Chinese people relocate themselves to everywhere in the world, including Africa, South America, and the Arabic countries. If the Chinese government left the Tibetans by themselves after occupation, the West would be showing the extremely poor living conditions they have. Every culture feels uneasy when foreigners come in

    Dear Sidjtd,
Any colonial power that invades another is to benefit the the occupier, not the occupied. Propaganda says otherwise.
Japanese development of Manchukuo served to benefit the colonial power Japan--munitions, steel factories, infrastructure, oil/gas resources--all the profits for the occupier.
But the truly dark side of this sad episode is that the Japanese conducted biological experiments on the occupied people who served as guinea pigs, in the years leading to World War 2.

Real Nanjing after the battle (No one witnessed so-called "Rape of Nanjing")
    www.history.gr.jp/nanking/books_paramount_news.html
By American newsreel photographer and explorer, Arthur Menken (Paramount News)
At that time, more than 100 western journalists had stationed in Nanjing. After the battle, the Japanese general, Matsui Iwane had a press conference but those western journalists had never accused nor even asked the massacre.
    Only pro-Chinese (Anglo-Saxon
military Advisory Group, American, Australian and British pastor) fabricated the massacre a few days later since the interview).

@chrysan6128 Yeah, Japan did, but at what price? Japan built schools and factories in Korea only to make Koreans more productive workers. Also Koreas infrastructure was mostly destroyed during the Korean war. Furthermore, Koreas economy grew way after the Japanese annexation and the Korean War. Also, Japan treated Koreans like shit during the occupation. Yeah dude, the infrastructure was really worth the countless number of Koreans being treated like slaves and the amount of Korean history lose

Many korean came toJapan without permission from 1910 to1940. They are illegal imigrant ,but could come into Japan in purpose of high income. Many students from China came to Japan for the research of Japan.

And the same photo was also used in other anti-Japan propaganda movie by Jew-American, Frank Russell Capra.
Capra was invited by George Catlett Marshall (Chief of Staff of the United States Army) directly and made this propaganda movie.
George Marshall got Nobel Prize in Peace in 1953.

@Ilikemeows All you say is fake story. You should study real history from several kinds of view. If not so, you will never get the truth of history forever.
Population of Korea exploded about two times under the rule of Japan. Because Japan constructed many aspects of infra-strycture in Korea. Japan contributed to the happiness of Korean people. This is the truth.
Many Japanese are greatly proud of our history.
