    I love your workouts, Mary, but there is no such a thing as quick result and you know that. It is a combo of diet and exercises, where diet is first.

      Actually it’s pretty simple. Eat less move more. 🎉 Mary advocates for a healthy lifestyle not quick fix gimmicks. But you would know this if you actually follow her advice which I’m guessing you dont
