You are going to literally spend the day with us. From a.m. to p.m.
We spend a good deal of time, unexpectedly, at Ohio's best vintage & antique auction house, Apple Tree Auctions!
There was SO MUCH to see, and some seriously unexpected surprises! Not to mention...we were allowed to see everything behind the scenes!
It was a long day and we even take you out to eat!

Michael and Richard, Love watching you two together as you make a great team. Those cases in the front of the auction house -- a Dream Collection for sure. All those wonderful items coming to auction soon-- I hope you are able to get some of the lots for yourself and to share with all of us. OMG! I live next street over from auction house! I would have staked the place out to meet the two of you! I’m always this close….and miss the stars….. still exciting knowing you guys were here! Sam knew my father they antique collecting. He’s been gone for 30 plus years now.
OMGOSH, amazing! That could be dangerous living so close! I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to Mr. Sam, that was an amazing experience, too! It was such a wonderful day!

The dolls . . .kind of creepy IMO, but damn girl the glass. Sadly the days of finding a treasure at Goodwill or a garage sale is long gone. Us mere mortals can't afford the new market and can only drool over videos like this. Thanks for taking us along.

All the great glass & other goodies for upcoming auctions. Here in Toronto Canada area they have not brought back the live auctions just online they make more money. But we miss seeing the items in person & the people its like going to a the museum for the day. I have never seen those dolls you bought very cute. Thanks for taking us.
Yes, the online aspect has really made auctions a lot more difficult. However, this was such a special treat!

Wow what an amazing adventure. I loved it all. The dolls you got are adorable Michael. I like handmade items especially 1 of a kind. The Depression era glass was beautiful. it really was depressing you couldn't buy any. Lol. Thanks for allowing us to tag along guys. P.S. Love that Richard said what you could get him for Christmas. The music box is Gorgeous. Hope you get it Richard.

at 21.27, you comment, "I do like these," in referencing a lamp made with pressed glass flowers on wire. i have several of these lamps, centerpieces, often in planters or sometimes a clear glass. base. I have tried to find information as to where these were made, were they sold as kits, what timeframe were they popular? I would very much appreciate any information you have to share. Let me know where they originated, if you know, and I will try to dig further. Thank you.
