    It’s not personal! 😊.
Hey everyone! Glad you guys are enjoying the video. Thanks to all the subscribers who helped me make some key decisions in the community posts this week!
I wanted to comment on something a few of you noticed that I really appreciate. Some of you noticed that despite having worked with Steve Harvey, I was able to call him out when I thought he stole a joke and lied about it. Many were even pleasantly surprised to find out where my analysis went after I said I've worked with him.
To be clear, Steve Harvey was very kind to me when we shared the stage. My televised performance at the Apollo is a career highlight for me and I owe a lot of it to him. He was a great host and the audience clearly loved him. He was very welcoming and gracious when he introduced me to them.
My analysis here is not personal, I feel that very often people confuse analysis for opinion. When I say someone is likely being honest, it doesn’t mean I like them. When I say someone is likely being deceptive, it doesn’t mean I don’t like them. People I like can lie, people I dislike can be honest.
I like Steve Harvey, he was kind to me. I also think he stole a joke from Mark Curry and botched the punchline. Both of those things can be true at the same time.
When we’re so polarized that we can’t see fault in people we like or virtue in people we dislike it makes us biased and subjective. It irritates me when people get stuck in bias and don’t try to see things from the other side.
A note on the homeless thing: as I said in the video, when he told his story to the audience, he said he was “living out of his car” I don’t remember the use of the word “homeless.” It’s possible he uses the two interchangeably given that someone living in their car isn’t living in a home. That nuance can create confusion in the way he tells it and the way some people perceive it. Just wanted to clarify that I don’t think he said he was homeless when I heard him tell it. The image I have in my head is of him in a car not on the street. My only point in the analysis was that Katt being homeless is not a counter argument to Steve being homeless, and making 3k a night in his 40s doesn't mean he was never homeless. It's possible that Steve was never homeless, but those arguments are not, in my opinion, evidence of that, Steve's ex wife on an interview is a valuable data point but also not concrete evidence, its her word against his. Analysis is about constantly questioning our conclusions and debating our own position, not blindly believing either side just because.
    ❤️

I really wish this can be displayed on a billboard for everyone to read. Your ability to separate emotion from analysis is amazing.
I also get so annoyed when people see no fault in the people they like and see no good in the people they dislike. I think it shows a lack of intelligence. If you dare say someone who’s adored might be lying, they take it all personally because they can’t fathom their idols lying.
I don’t know how you do it but you do it so well. And I hope you keep doing it! 1 million subscribers soon!!!

Kat is a weed/nicotine smoker like myself. Kat was not allowed to smoke for the entirety of the interview (almost 3 hours)which probably affected his body's timely cravings. That led him to constantly fidget, rub his knees, adjust his hat. It's not because he was nervous. His body just wasn't used to not having a smoke whenever he feels like it. I just thought I'd explain that since it's the first part of your video. But good job on the analysis

And surprisingly, he wasn't fidgeting, rubbing his knees or anything. Term conjecture means "an opinion based on biased/incomplete evidence". At the end of the interview Katt is clear: he reiterates twice that he has garnered his success in the industry without literally selling his body or morals. And that those “big names”, trying to diminish his worth over the years, are not who you think they are and their success was not achieved by their talent & merit alone. It is a self-comforting technique. But a self-comforting technique to calm themselves when they are lying. Just watch EWU interrogation videos of dudes who have killed their own family members, but claim it was a home intruder. (So much of this body language analysis has been deemed junk science that I don't believe even the interrogation videos, but if you DO believe in it - self-soothing is much more associated with lying to avoid life in prison, than telling the truth because you are so so frustrated with how right you are.)

His ex-wife is Steve Harvey’s receipt regarding his homelessness. She did an interview recently stating he was NEVER homeless. And the story about the car, she was with him. And it was just a long trip away from home. He didn’t have much money, so they couldn’t afford hotels. So they slept in the car while he was on his grind. But they had a house.

I remember, fairly recently, maybe within the last 1-2yrs. Steve Harvey’s first wife said he was never homeless. That early in his career, they drove from show to show & often slept in their car after the show, but had a home to go home to, just not enough money to continually pay for hotel rooms while on the road. She said that is what Steve called “homeless.”
This was I believe a tweet(X) or an IG post. It was during the time when Steve Harvey’s current wife’s Ex-boyfriend (drug king pin) appeared doing interviews on Tasha K & other platforms etc. Which got folks’ talking, also got old videos & quotes resurfaced regarding Steve & his present wife.

Katt said it IN THE INTERVIEW that they (the people he's taking about) will not come back at him about the accusations because he's telling the truth. And as predicted, none of them went after the actual substance of what Katt said about them! They talked around it, or joked about other things he said, because you can't go after the truth without being found out. It's like being confronted with the truth in an argument, and the other person starts to make personal attacks instead, because they have no leg to stand on against the truth. He called it!

For a minute I thought Kat was losing it, but this interview changed my entire perception of the guy. The smartest minds, throughout history, have had to use mind altering substances, and I never knew Kat was a child genius. His time doing drugs before he got sober from those specific substances makes a lot of sense to me now because he’s so incredibly smart.
The Kevin Hart thing was weird to me because it made me think, “where did Kevin come from?” I remember him just popping up into stardom so quickly, and out of nowhere. Yes, he’s a great entertainer, but it just happened over such a short amount of time. I remember thinking that was bizarre.

From watching Katt williams interviews he felt it was personal because his children was exposed to what was said. Katt also talked about the things that he refused to do to get roles. Obviously, there are actors who will do anything (even sexually) for movie roles. Katt can sleep at night knowing he didn’t sacrifice his moral values for money. I can understand some of the frustration knowing that the roles went to someone who hasn’t paid their dues but got roles at the cost of their dignity. After watching this interview, I have so much respect for Katt.

He openly said people steal jokes all the time, which is not something that someone who is innocent would ever even mention. He also kept referring to the joke as a "space shuttle" joke, making it seem as if Katt was claiming his original joke was about the space shuttle, which it was NOT. Katt clearly explained that the original joke was about a Cadillac, and that Cedric saw it, and immediately used the same joke, exchanging a Cadillac for a space shuttle.
The fact that Cedric makes a point of claiming that the "space shuttle" joke was always his is an attempt to manipulate the public under false pretenses.

Cedric was playing the space shuttle vs car bit. He said" I've never seen you do a space shuttle joke" knowing very well that the space shuttle wasn't what Kat was talking about. Ced stole the joke for sure lol

Also knowing he described the space shuttle like a car. Then pretended to drive a car. What space ship got rear view windows or mirrors. Or has a gear shift in the steering wheel. So his "space ship" big ass car. Just like Katt's

Yea I felt Cedric was lying. He was talking too calmly and passively. Also splitting hairs with details, like you just said. It stood out to me when he said Kat never used a space ship joke. But thats not what makes it stolen. It’s the gaslighting for me.
