It would be really interesting if you could do a "cooking what's in season" video with produce you get from the farmers market. I'm always interested in trying some of the less common items (like kohlrabi, mustard greens, etc.) but am scared because I have no idea what to do with it!
I love watching your videos! So relaxing and inspiring. I'm a 62 year old woman and want to go vegan but on a budget because of low income. But you give some great advice and I hope to try some of your recipes.
5 ingredients you say? I am definitely in! I will have to use a tiny bit more than 5 as I don't have access to Nosoya products but the ideas are absolutely brilliant! So many of these dishes are something I have not tried before and I feel like I definitely should! The only problem now: which one to go for first! All seem incredibly delicious and satisfying! . Anyways, thank you for this great video! Stay safe and have a great rest of the week!
Ooh... my favourite is the calzone. No it’s the creamy pasta. Or could it be the burrito bowl? So hard to choose. They all look fabulous! My mouth is watering just thinking about them. I think I will try the calzone first, but with my own filling because I live in the U.K. and we don’t have cool convenient sauces. Cannot wait!
So many great choices ‼️🙌 I would love to see more videos like this 😊I’ll be making salsa rice with quinoa that I have in hand😊 thanks for the ideas 😊😊
I am going to make the spinach and artichoke pasta today. I'm going to use some buckwheat noodles and use zucchini (zoodles) to get some more veggies, but can't wait for the sauce. Thanks for the recipes.
The spinach and artichoke pasta is so delicious! I used frozen spinach that I thawed and squeezed a lot of water out of, which made it really similar to spinach and artichoke dip 😋 This is definitely going in the regular dinner rotation! (And serving as a basis for further experimentation with different veg combos etc). Thanks so much 💛
I am not vegan but I am diabetic. These recipes look great. The white bean bowl is my fav. Your recipes are so easy to follow. New to your sight, thanks so much.
Right off the bat making the calzone is a brilliant idea that I am going to implement but then moving on the pasta with artichoke is some thing I would also try.
me too! and ......its definitely neglected hahaha it might just be the most resilient fiddle plant I've ever met! I recently repotted it though and it seems to be doing well
Today I made the curry chickpea salad from your book, but I will recreate some of these recipes soon! 😋 Maybe the pasta or the pizza since my boyfriend loves both.
Yay more videos like this! Could you also make a video that shows recipes with similar ingredients? i feel like whenever i use recipes to cook my meals i have tons of ingredients leftover that could go bad 🥴
5 ingredients recipes are more simple (even though I can cook more complex recipes but sometimes I can't be bothered to do that) and those recipes are budget friendly. I also like recipes that take no more than upto 45 minutes to make anything over that it's unlikely to happen. Fantastic video as always Catlin and love 💕 you and your🥰 video's. You have contradicted yourself because in the video you have stated it's sponsored but in the description say it's not sponsored it can't be both.
I love this style of video!! May I offer you a challenge? Would you be interested to do a video like this specifically for a low sodium diet? I recently was put on a low sodium diet and am super bummed.
I like that skillet you use, it looks like ceramic. Can you tell us who makes it? Or does anyone who reads these comments know anything about that skillet?
I love how simple and quick these recipes are.. but I hope you don't have a lot of Italians watching your channel :D Calzone is pronounced a bit differently 💖
I'm 60 years old and vegan now for about 4 years. Since about age 40 I was vegetarian. I find that as I age, I cannot eat starches without weight gain. I am only able to tolerate beans without gaining weight. Otherwise, if I eat potatoes or rice or bread or pasta, I will gain weight.
YOU CHANGED SO MUCH. In the past, you would have never used these products or vegan cheese and ZERO 0 OIL and SUGAR. So weird, please stay authentic. -.-
I haven't been eating that way in a loooong time. If my recipes no longer resonate with you please feel free to unsubscribe rather than leave rude comments!

I love this idea! :)
Kohlrabi is not uncommon. It’s very common in Germany and we eat it a lot.

Vegan deliciousness!! 🤩 love that these are also budget friendly and not just rice and beans! 🙌🏽🤍
Thanks Natalie!
Your videos are so relaxing & I love watching them while doing chores or making my lunch! Thank you for making another awesome video! 🌼
Thank you so much!

You're welcome, Margaret! :)
This video is everything, honestly. I love the short ingredient list and the simple preparation process.
So glad you found it helpful!

Thank you!! I hope you enjoy the calzone, it's very easy to customize based on what you have access to :)
Omg your cat at the beginning - what a huge cutie! 😍
Dave is one fat happy cat haha
No, no, no animals around the food
Very good video. Happy to see Dylan is back. Love simple and cheaper recipes. 💖😊
So many great choices ‼️🙌 I would love to see more videos like this 😊I’ll be making salsa rice with quinoa that I have in hand😊 thanks for the ideas 😊😊
salsa rice (or quinoa!) is such a game changer, it adds SO much flavor!
Love it Caitlin! Everything looks delicious!
Love the breakfast tacos, very easy to make.
I eager to try the cashew and garlic pasta
I feel like avocado in that bean salad would be soooo good
Please do more of these!!! The scramble tacos and pasta are already on my menu for next week!
Love simple recipes 😁 trying the you pasta tonight!
I am going to make the spinach and artichoke pasta today. I'm going to use some buckwheat noodles and use zucchini (zoodles) to get some more veggies, but can't wait for the sauce. Thanks for the recipes.
Yum! You're welcome :)
@@CaitlinShoemaker it was delicious!!! I will definitely be making that again and again!
Love these simple videos. I am much more inclined to make these dishes. Thx
All these look amazing. More would be great. Pasta is on my list to try.

These are so beautiful and colorful!! Definitely great meal ideas 🤗
Totally trying the bean salad and the pasta!
I am not vegan but I am diabetic. These recipes look great. The white bean bowl is my fav. Your recipes are so easy to follow. New to your sight, thanks so much.
Such an awesome variety of simple, wholesome recipes! Will be recreating plenty of them!!
Can't wait to try these!
I have some spinach that needs using up so I'm recreating the pasta recipe tonight! Looks so good
The fewer ingredients the better!!! I don’t like when recipes have a mile long ingredient list!!
Same!
Me neither lol....once it's like over 10 I usually say nope
At the end ot doesn't taste like anything and everything at the same time.
That creamy pasta looks amazing!
Everything looks so good✨
Awesome meal options, thanks Caitlin!
Right off the bat making the calzone is a brilliant idea that I am going to implement but then moving on the pasta with artichoke is some thing I would also try.
We made the spinach artichoke pasta, YUM! That one will be a regular in the dinner rotation.
Great tutorial video - thanks for sharing these amazing recipes!
Everything looks absolutely amazing but I’m really excited to try the breakfast tacos!
you can never go wrong with breakfast food OR tacos!
My daughter: Mmmmm momma I want those tacos 🤣🤣🤣

Just what I needed. A few quick tasty meals
Can’t wait to try that spinach and artichoke pasta! 🥬
These look so yum! Thanks for the inspiration!
I'm definitely looking forward to making these dishes🍽️
they all look good
These all look so good!!
I looooove the artichoke & spinach pasta 🤩🤩🤩
I would definitely try the calzone. PS how do you care for your fiddle plant? It’s so beautiful & healthy.
me too! and ......its definitely neglected hahaha it might just be the most resilient fiddle plant I've ever met! I recently repotted it though and it seems to be doing well
I gotta make those calzones!!! 😍
I subscribed because I work for a vegan senior who needs me to prepare meals for her.
I love how (almsot) all the recipes have spinach in them! I love all your creative ways to eat spinach that are not salads! 😁
Nailed it! 👍 Great video 😊 great recipes 😋
I make a spinach artichoke pasta similar to that. Yum!
And ...let me tell you
You are amazing ❤
Today I made the curry chickpea salad from your book, but I will recreate some of these recipes soon! 😋 Maybe the pasta or the pizza since my boyfriend loves both.
I *Love* 1 - 4. 😃
You inspire me
Yay more videos like this! Could you also make a video that shows recipes with similar ingredients? i feel like whenever i use recipes to cook my meals i have tons of ingredients leftover that could go bad 🥴
Check out my budget-friendly playlist, I used to make several videos where I spent $25 total on groceries and turned it into 3-5 different recipes!
The pasta is my favorite 😋

Thank you David! I agree, fast and simple (but still tasty!) recipes are the way to go
Yay!
i've been using siete's almond flour tortillas in HEAVY rotation lately..... gotta try those tacos 👀🌮
I love this style of video!! May I offer you a challenge? Would you be interested to do a video like this specifically for a low sodium diet? I recently was put on a low sodium diet and am super bummed.
Do you have a favorite brand of salsa?
That pasta tho!
Great ideas!
Hi where did you get your taco 🌮 tray please and thx.
The spinach and artichoke pasta
Just made the bean salad for lunch , took out the olives and mashed avocado into the pesto. 10/10
yum, that sounds great!
The Nasoya products look to be hard to come by. And, even on their website, I don't see the Breakfast Scramble. Any idea where to get it? Thanks.
Hi 🙂
Do you have an ideas for someone who is vegan and cannot have any nuts, can only have low sodium food and no tomato base recipes?
I like that skillet you use, it looks like ceramic. Can you tell us who makes it? Or does anyone who reads these comments know anything about that skillet?
It's from HomeGoods, not sure on the brand as it is several years old
Do you have any suggestions for good vegan cheese?
the calzones reminded me of ben from parks and rec haha
make some cheap calorie gaining recipes
I love how simple and quick these recipes are.. but I hope you don't have a lot of Italians watching your channel :D Calzone is pronounced a bit differently 💖
Hi, maybe I missed it but what’s that skillet made of... all my skillets always stick thank you
Can I use sour kroute instead of artichoke hearts?
That would be a different flavor, but I think it could work! I would reduct or omit the rest of the salt though
What is your favorite Vegan shredded mozzarella? I've had a hard time finding one that I think melts with a good texture. Not a fan of Daiya...
Can you put recipe in the comment section?
It is linked in the description :)
they're on her blog
Where do you get your speckled bowls?
They are from RV Pottery

w o w yes ❣️❣️❣️
The description says not sponsored?
It's a Nasoya commercial.
Sorry, i missed that. I will update it now!
Does anyone else absolutely love soy but can't eat it because it gives you migraines? The struggle is real, friends. 😭
🤣 I have a cat…….understand
Why does your comment section hardly ever pass the vibe check? So many annoying people nitpicking everything you do and say.
I know! But Caitlin is always nice back which I appreciate someone mature!
Does anyone want to tell meeee....why was there a cat on the table sniffing the prepared food😱
Is there someone interested in talking in English with me? 😁
My English level is B2
I’m from Brazil 🇧🇷
These should be budget friendly, but contains ingredients that costs almost my daily budget 😪
The meals looks delicious, but why do people always overcook pasta?!?! 🤯🤦♀️🤢
I cooked it to my preference, when you make the recipe you can cook it to your preference :)
The exultant dresser laterally queue because december surprisingly punch following a giant sociology. valuable, vivacious cloudy
Oh no! feeling my kidney stone is coming back! please don't mix spinach + tofu!!
Five ingredients... When was pizza dough a single ingredient? Couldn't watch the rest since the truth been stretched.
You can buy ready made pizza dough nearly everywhere.
I wouldn't call vegan cheese budget friendly. Even the new Wal mart brand is kinda pricey.
the vegan cheese is optional, you can always add more veggies or use nutritional yeast instead!
Sorry but the sponsored products are not ingredients. The rest are great 5 ingredient recipes but a completed product is not an ingredient
Yeah lol I’d hardly call those ones 5 ingredient recipes haha
YOU CHANGED SO MUCH. In the past, you would have never used these products or vegan cheese and ZERO 0 OIL and SUGAR. So weird, please stay authentic. -.-
People change their food preferences and eating styles all of the time. It has nothing to do with authenticity.
