Prayer is talking to God, when it says pray without ceasing, in 1 Thessalonians 5:17, does necessary mean we have to be praying 60 seconds a minute, 60 minutes an hour, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, 10 years a decade and so on, not saying that at all, it is more saying that we need an attitude of prayer, when we have an attitude of prayer, we will pray when we truly can.
1) Prayer gets things done, 2) Prayer always changes us 3) Prayer is how we can know God. 4) Prayer is how we talk to God These are some reasons to pray.
