as i said some videos ago, i really understand you so well in your calm mode of speech, so thank you for the explanation! i have only a question, when i use the action with the green gear/grey gear(3), the grey gear with 3, have i to use all 3 level up or i can use only two? i think it's possible but i dont find it in rulebook, if i do 2 level up i have to pay but i can choose the grey gear paying resources, and i think it's balance... i think, thank you very much!!!
Hi, i have problem with dictionary. Rules says that we it's possible uso to buy students or professor, but it's not possible to use if it's not indicated. So the dictionary are not jolly? i can't spend in substitution of one textbook?
Hi, dictionaries are not jollys! 🙂 Just a special type of book. You can use the to hire professors to make it more difficult for other players to hire the same professor, or to make it easier for you to hire them. But you can't use them as "wild" books. :)
That's something like a "discard pile" of your masters. Some game effects have a cost of sending a master to the "ZZZ place" (called Dormitory), which means you can't use that master this round for anything else.

Research action is alwasy optional, you *may* use the action. So you can use *up to 3* grey moves, which means you can use just 1 or 2.
