@@stephencortez6953 They make their plates here in Phoenix, I got my Testudo g3 from their showroom a week or so ago. It's my first carrier so I can't compare it, and I was worried about the thermals being here in Phx. But so Far, it's built well and I like it.
My first plate carrier was a Testudo gen 2, I only ever wore it for special occasions like watching the original Predator movie. The shoulder straps were starting to tear just from sitting in the closet. I finally wised up and traded it off at a milsurp store and got a Spiritus Systems LV119, amazing carrier better in every way. The quality and innovation is just mind blowing. I’d never considered Armored Republic anything again. That big bulky cummerbund is atrocious, neither elastic or structural. Just a big nasty boi
Quit bullshitting. You are literally who the author is talking about @ 1:47, when he says you form your facts to match your opinions. Please enlighten us, what stich pattern does Spiritus System do that AR doesn't? They both use the same 500 D cordura material and box stitch patterns. What did AR say when you reached out to them? I have a friend that works there and can check that for you.
🇻🇳 Didn’t expect that! Just like me… Agilite and Armored Republic, made in Vietnam.
They’re armor is 100% American made though

That's weird. Cordura is very strong. I'd message them about it.

I bought a plate carrier for $1 which completely dissipated as soon as I submerged it in water.
Wow 😳
