Yes, Marie, the chocolate tea made with coconut milk is good. The tuna AKA cactus is good for the stomach. Wash it, scrap the prickle off, slice it open, and put it in water to soak with lemon or lime. Any belly issues, it clear it up.

Hi Marie the spinach is called malabar spinach it tastes better eaten as is with your other raw vegetables that you would normally eat on Sundays with some ranch dressing or dressing of your choice it has a earthy taste ,now if you steam it it tends to be very slimy.
Thank you. It feels slimy when I'm cutting it up, but when I stir Fry it with my other veggies it's not slimy at all. I eat it raw too
Great farm at your Dads place. St Mary is so fruitful. My Dad has a backyard garden in Clarendon which I try to practice my horticultural techniques on, but it’s difficult as we’re running out of space 😮. Thanks for sharing. 👊🏾

Such a beautiful, natural farm! Absolutely lovely. This is what we now call a food forest. All along we were doing it right. Everything growing together and hardly any pest pressure. Your father is the epitome of a strong healthy man; lots of exercise and natural food. Gros Michel banana, best tasting banana in this world! I thoroughly enjoyed this video.
