    These are my favourite. It's usually made in the Philippines, they add a hint of spice with it "maybe white pepper", very nice combination.
    For your daughter, there is a game called " Cat Alone", it's designed for cats but works great for kids. My niece loves it. You might want to check it out.

    i made my own sauce

    OMG GIRL THANK YOU SK MUCH. I love these crackers so much when I find them in snack mixes or on their own. But the problem about them is that they are so hard to find and ssssooooooo expensive where I am😤😤😤. I have been looking for a recipe for them but they all look different from the ones in the store. Yours are the closest I’ve seen. I can’t wait to try ☺️☺️☺️

    have you ever used kaki no tane as a coating for deep fried fish (like panko)?
    In shokugeki no soma (Anime), the main character fries fish using crushed kaki no tane as the coating. It looks so delicious in the anime, would love to see you make it in real life.

    市販の多くは餅/米粉が材料で何か物足りない味。これは本物のお餅だからきっと美味しい!「一升餅」背負って立てたから一生暮らしが豊か、転んだから(「転ばせ餅」とも)一生両親から遠く離れない。縁起が良いけど重くて大変だったネwパパの唄に違うよとかw「キーウイ」に合わせてダンスwまた一歩成長ですね!

      転ばないと(財産を持って?w)親元から早く(心も含めて)離れてしまう、と伝えられる地方(東日本)も多く、お餅を投げつけて転ばすこともあるwお子さんはちょっと立ってから転んだのだから、両方の意味に適っていて縁起が良いのですw

    Hi I would like to ask how to dry the rice cake after you cut them into pieces? Just leave them in open area or need to put in refrigerator to avoid turning bad?

      Put them in a dry, open place and preferably below sunlight. Putting them in the fridge won't dry them. 😊

    How do we let it dry for 2 days in fridge or outside won't it be spoiled?

      Outside is OK! It depends on the weather. If the weather is dry (not rainy season or dry at home) then not a problem.

      if dried like mine, you can :) but not sure what kind of mochi you are talking about. because people say mochi for anything sticky. hehe

      unfortunately this works the best and perfect with leftover hard mochi like this one (store-bought ones are easier)... it is not easy to make a small batch at home. my grandma used to make in a huge batch, so maybe i can someday :)
