0:34 what is a honeypot?
1:15 who cares?

Wow, some of the phrasing can legitimately be set in stone! An incredibly based video! And the editing is fun and helps to support your points. Good job!
Aw thanks! Had some fun with this one :)
Well actually that's a honey jar! Nice video. You have good presentation skills.
I run a honeypot on one of my routers to inventory bot nets trying to use remote exploits to break into things.
You, my friend, are a classic Poindexter! 😄
4:17 Zefram Cochrane warp drive comes to mind
It s@cks that people who simply think peeping Tom's are creepy are now considered suspicious. Ugh.
Thank you for your videos.
FBI watching: write that down! write that down!
Bee careful, you could offend the honey lobby... :) Great video. Especially the last part on critical thinking.
What is that site with all the programs listed?

On the supplement metaphor, there are third-parties that check supps for banned substances. NSF Certified For Sport is a great example.
While third-party testing isn't some end-all, it at least gives a high level of confidence that what is on the label AND NOTHING ELSE is in the product.
Unless it's changed after testing/what the public receives is different
@@Mr.Mister96 To an extent. The way it works in supps is certain batches are tested at random. Barring some weird intermediary screwing with it afterwards (which borders on blackpill, the most irritating and self-defeating of privacy activist), there is a high degree of confidence that the tests are reliable.
Yep I get almost exclusively NSF certified for sport stuff, it’s a nice stamp of approval and one I prefer having for athletics :P
@@techlore I am in a drug-tested powerlifting federation. You get REALLY paranoid about supps....
Henry, are there any current messaging applications that you guys think may be sus?
I'm not Henry but I wouldn't use Whatsapp for anything.
@@rationalbushcraft Yeah, Bro. I was talking about FOSS apps, that are known within the community, like Session, Simplex Chat, Element, Threema and more.
Is Mega cloud storage a honeypot
It's targeting the general populi, and the files appear to be scrambled until the download completes.
If anything, it doesn't appear to be a honeypot. Pirates just frequent it because of *not being American* and being quick, even if the free limits are restrictive.
Not a Honeypot, it's a pretty solid cloud service. If privacy is a must for you though, it's best to store your stuff locally. At the end of the day, cloud is someone else's computer, and you're pretty much just trusting that they won't choose to or be forced to share that data.
Yeah... I guess along with privacy, US agencies also forgot the meaning of the word entrapment.
SUGAR bum bum bum bum bum bum a little HONEY HONEY
Is it bad if I name my bluetooth speaker " CIA HONEYPOT"?
This is how you manifest your own honeypot 🌞
Hi Techlore, I paid for your course in 2021, but I can't access the course now. When I write in to support they claimed to not have started the course. I replied to your twitter and you had ignored me as well. It's not fair we paid for your course and 2 years later it's removed and we can't access it anymore.
Hey I’m really sorry, not sure how you’d lose access - nothing’s been removed on our ends. Twitter isn’t checked at all anymore, it’s just a feed. As for the email, we have ~100 emails to still get back to, will get back as soon as possible and to make it right 👌
For context, I’ll prioritize support/emails/comments from the course itself, but since your email went through generic support it’s still behind and goes through the more sluggish process (which is why our site directly says it can take more than 2 weeks to respond)
I’ll look for yours specifically ASAP and get that prioritized 👌
Update: without more PII in this comment I can’t verify it was you, but I just got back to what seems to be a similar case by email :)
Thanks again for the patience!
I want your jacket give it to me
*puts up fists*
You don't really have to be worried about honeypots if you're a criminal. You DO have to be worried about honeypots if you're a political activist or someone with opposing views to your current government, a politician in opposition to the current government, a journalist, a whistle blower or just about anyone that a government would want to silence or have leverage over.
speaking of honey. be careful to buy honey from china . it might be fake. this includes canada too.
The best honey pot is her honey pot ;D
are you aware you have a hater?
channel named tech-bore
🙄
I don't think it's a hater, just someone who uses Techlore's work, re-uploads it and waits for the view-time to kick in. It's prefaced in the descriptions with a little trolling.
Other than that, it's just another example of unfair-use-fair-use lazyness.
Sorry to learn about your breakup, but glad you found a new partner 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈

Homosexual has not been used since the 1950s or by those who are extremely conservative.
Inaccurate
Your ignorance is impressive. But not surprising given your history. 😅
