@@rc3398x the average salary would be about 7-8 million yen I think. 🤔 I saw junior developers who make less than 3 million a year, with seniors in managing positions making 20 million at max. IT salaries in Japan are not as crazy high as in States. And yes, we both plan to get property after obtaining PR! The price really depends on the location and the same of the house, but in Tokyo it’s about 100 million yen for a decent apartment, but cheaper if you move further from the center. Where I live (outside of Tokyo) houses cost less, 30mill-50mill
