If any character post Spyro 3 should return, I think only Cynder should return. Mind you I wouldn’t mind a slight redesign with minor tweaks to make a potential “Spyro 4 Cynder” different from “Legend of Spyro Cynder”.
I don’t think that is a good idea because Cynder already got more screen time than she should and the aggressive Spynder believes that Spynder is the reason why Cynder is Skylanders so I would rather not have Cynder appear in Spyro 4 until a game like Sonic Adventure 2 style game for Spyro called Spyro Journey 2 where Cynder is the main antagonist but unlike her Legend counterpart, she is a villain on her accord.

There’s practically an ENDLESS list of characters of the Spyro-verse that could make a comeback in Spyro 4, but here’s the thing not everyone’s faves are gonna end up coming back, that’s something everyone has to remember more than anything when dealing with things like this.

Yes, Ember was supposed to be Enter The Dragonfly as some sort of playable character alongside Spyro but it was scrapped. And Ember was supposed to be a playable character in a Hero’s Tail but it was scrapped and she was made an NPC instead.
I had an idea a while back for the characters to be dragon youths from each home world. Spyro Artisans. Peace Keeper dragon that used combat like the Legend series. Magic Crafters that used some magic. A swampy Beast Makers dragon. And a Dream Weavers one.
For me, I would like to see Ember come back among with Flame in Spyro 4. They could be trained by Spyro himself. Spyro could teach them about their powers and how to use them. The previous games never explain who is Ember and Flame and where did they came from. Flame could use a fire element breath to light up a whole area. Ember however, could use magic elements or a fairy type elements similar to Pokémon. What if Ember uses her love breath and befriend an enemy and make them fight for you? This could help deal with large amounts of enemies in the game.

Personally i cant see Ember coming back for a new Spyro Game, Same goes with Flame although i can kinda see future potential for these characters, But i feel like they would probably need some rework. I feel like the character that has the most possibility of being in Spyro 4 outside of the original trilogy would be Cynder but even i don't think that's very likely We'll just have to wait and see how things develop
I'd love to see more of Ember. Her character wasn't really explored. She had more screentime in Shadow Legacy than she did in Hero's Tail, (and was involved in a side quest) but she was still just a minor NPC. I want to know what her abilities might be, or at least why she has a crush on Spyro. I want to see more of Flame too, but I want to see Ember more because there aren't many female dragons in the Spyro universe; Cynder is the only major one.

Cynder doesn't have to be a love interest in the classic series. They could give her a new personality and relationship with Spyro that is different from Legend Cynder since she's from a different universe.
Well, I could agree about Ember the Dragon is not gonna be in Spyro 4 as a character. But she could be a cameo as for Spyro 4, same as thing as Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time has the cameos of Crash Bandicoot characters from previous Crash Bandicoot games like post Naughty Dog Crash games. But I could imagine that new Spyro 4 title game would have the cameos of Spyro characters from previous Spyro games like post Insomniac Spyro games and The Legend of Spyro Trilogy. But that depends on the game developers of Activision publisher like Toys for Bob or Beenox developers into the future.
Maybe Ember could have a heart type of breath that turns bad guys into good guys that will help her fight other bad guys and then have her enemies return home safely.

I think as far as Ember and Spyro's love life, I'm thinking Toys for Bob has some plans already for Elora given the twist they gave her character in Reignited with her being more flirty with Spyro. That said, the idea of there being a new girl dragon around Spyro's age would make sense. Though I'd argue Cynder makes more sense in that role.
Funny how Ember had so little screentime and still has a lot of fans these days. When you think of it, it makes sense at some point. The shirt show us something interesting, Ember, but in her fan Reignited style. As if the intention was to tease Spyro fans with a new character, but the result was even worse and even not confirmed. Glad it was solved quickly. Now, seeing what CTR and Crash 4 did with elements from its various games, Spyro would do the same, it would be a crime if not. I love and support the idea of other Spyro games' elements and characters reappearing in new Spyro games, to honour and reach the many fans it has across the franchise. The ideas you've mentioned are great examples. And of course, when we mention Ember, we can't go without mentioning Flame and Cynder, and the same with these last two. I'll sound insisting but I really hope that Cynder, Flame and Ember reappaear in the Spyro brand, either be as playable characters, NPCs or even cameos or references. I feel they've turned very important in the fandom even after many years. But, like always, we just can wait.

I really hope these characters come back, even if the gameplay stays based on the original trilogy. A lot of Skylanders are fun characters and I would like to see Kaos and Malefor back as antagonists in future games too
I would love to see Ember and Bandit appear together, especially as playable characters, in a future game! Maybe Ember could do something related to sparkles like Camie’s illusion Quirk from MHA, or something to do with crystal themed or love-themed attacks. I can see her as some dream weaver type. Would be interesting for Bandit to try to work as one of the Peace Keepers, but facing issues because he’s an Armadillo. The fiasco reminds me too much of the issues I’ve seen in Redbubble, which have stolen content made by artists. I think the shirt thing being used as evidence for Ember appearing is a huge stretch, since the content the shirt copied was fan-made.
Ember seems more like a Magic Crafters dragon in my opinion. I hate Cynder personally but if they reboot her for the classics id say she'd make a better Dream Weavers.

I think that it might have some sections that you can play it with other spyro characters like hunter, elora ,bianca and even agent 9 in some of the levels like crash 4 and you will play as spyro and cinder in the main story
Here is an idea why not both cynder and ember (along with flame)? They could easily retcon cynder from TLOS series into spyro 4. I know this would anger some of the cynder fanbase sue me but come on cynder was also a good character regaudless. As long as they don't screw it up.

I wrote a long butt post about what I'd want to see, and my big idea was referencing the other series via worlds. Basically, start out referencing the Trilogy games, a level a piece from those as sort of corrupted worlds you heal to fight back some bad villain. Then, when you're done with the Trilogy worlds, you do it in world referencing the Year of the Dragon Fly and Hero's Tail. But after that you get the 'Distant Worlds' which start out as references to Legends, then shift to Skylanders, and finish up with a big evil boss fight as the climax of the one who's been corrupting the worlds.
Hey Canadian Guy Eh, something worth noting, I saw an article that Acti-Blizz is doing some charity relief for the people of Ukraine in these hard times, but one thing worth noting is that one of the most prominent games they're sending in support is the Spyro Reignited Trilogy... I know this is a charity event for a great cause, but it does seem to be more proof that they're hinting for something relating to Spyro 4 down the line.
I dont know who ember knowing that i consider myself as a spyro fan but id like to have her and cynder too as playable characters on spyro 4. Thatll be amazing, i hope that the playtime hours is long or even longer too.
I mean.. it would complicate things if they decide to follow up the original trilogy and have Elora show up again and suddenly there's Ember and/or Cynder as well. I mean, Hunter obviously has to make a return since he's been in the other Spyro games from Ripto's Rage, Year of the Dragon, Enter the Dragonfly, A Hero's Tail, and even in the last Legend of Spyro game (though he was vastly different in that one).

I thought it was a rock!" And Hero's Tail Hunter was playable, but his character was boring... but he played really well.
Maybe Ember could have a breath where she breathes many little fire sparks that fall on the ground and explode after a short time? They can even cling to various different surfaces. Walls, ceilings, etc.
I could potentially see them returning as playable dragons but more akin to Dawn of the Dragons mechanics with Spyro and Cynder and also Enter the Dragonfly Each dragon has its own unique Breath ability, Spyro with classic flame, Cynder with poison maybe, Flame with a bigger but less powerful flame and maybe Ember with a smaller but more powerful flame

My only idea for Ember's special skill were she to return as a playable character would be that she'd have the strongest charge and head bash between her, Spyro, and Flame, with certain things that only she can break for treasure or opening up new areas. But as a counter, both require build up/charging before using either ability with cool down after each use. Likewise, Cynder would have the fastest dodge and charge, and Flame can charge his breath for a spit-shot (similar to Mega Man being able to charge his Mega Buster). As for Spyro, he's as he is, but the idea would be that he's the balance of the other three, since they would have downsides to account for their abilities which give them some edge over Spyro.
I think a female dragon whether it be Cynder or Ember would be an interesting dynamic to introduce as a foil to Elora. Elora's traits compliment Spyro, giving his dragon abilities a greater purpose to serve while Ember is very similar to Spyro and encourages him to be a free spirit as his birth given right as a mighty dragon.
I think Ember could be the magic type. The Spyro franchise needs more dragons at Spyros age that are less emo and dark oriented for once. Despite Ember getting few lines in two games, she already made a big impact where many fans love/hate her for being cute and getting easy crush on other male characters (Spyro and Bandit). I mainly like her design and I think they can remake her personality to something more adventurous than just being some love interest like Cynder is.
I'm still FURIOUS over them shutting down the Legend Of Spyro statue! I would have bought both the normal and exclusive versions in a heartbeat since there's little to no real merch of the LOS trilogy games and Dawn Of The Dragon is my favorite game of all time. I honestly prefer The Legend Of Spyro over the original Spyro games because the originals are such a product of the 90's and the LOS trilogy tried to make Spyro into more than just a 90's collectathon aimed at just children. They weren't perfect obvious and could have clearly been better, but I think it was good and deserves more love.
The only thing 'Spyro' about the LOS trilogy is his name on the box, I hope there's no reference to it in Spyro 4 or other future games. The original trilogy is king 💜
I don't think the OG trilogy was entirly kid-friendly due to Spyro's often 'kill or get eaten' scenarios he winds himself in, not to mention the psychotic sorceress in Spyro 3 that sicks a (Forcibly transformed) demon to help her commit mass infantcide 'all so she could be immortal' so his life wasn't entirely "E for Everyone". I'm more wary that 'considering Reignited' that they'll try to make Spyro even more kid-friendly thus stopping anything like Legends or Shadow Legacy from happening again.
If Ember DOES come back, I feel like it would make natural sense to also bring back Flame and set the two of them up to eventually be a couple by the end of the game, not the random Armadillo she ends up with in Shadow Legacy. Plus personally I'm more of a "Spyro & Cynder" guy, especially since when you look at the original, Spyro and Elora weren't really set up to be a couple, and like the only hint to it was "Spyro missed his chance" where he was looking at something else when she tried to kiss him on the love boat ride. Not to mention his attitude in the original DOES NOT come across like someone who's into romance at that point. So I don't know where the idea of him and Elora being a couple came from. For Ember's unique power aspect if a playable character, which her name is also sort of generic "fire" related, I think it would be fun to explore the idea of Bubble Breath, stunning enemies (soap in the eyes) and making them either easier to defeat, turn into (maybe bouncy?) platforms (stuck in a bubble), or maybe even be turned into "temporary allies" where (while you could still get hit) they basically have friendly fire on. Could also have an alt fire where you could coat the floor in soap and turn it into ice physics that affects both you AND enemies (ramming into them basically turns them into an hockey puck). Could also just apply this to a rework of the breath powerup from Enter the Dragonfly. The idea coming to me when I learned about how Pink Dragons in D&D work, Dungeon Dad has a video on the topic along with other dragon colors and their history, theyre pretty good, y'all should check them out.
Maybe they could refer back to the third game and instead of Agent 9, Sgt. Byrd, etc it could be the different dragons instead. So playable characters but need to be unlocked by playing their own personal home level almost just like the third game, just with a different story line connecting them all. And have to unlock the other dragons to be able to 100% the entire game, to include the back tracking from the third game. Just a thought but I think it would be a nice little throwback but add more depth to characters like Ember and Flame that we didn’t see that much and learn their special abilities and what they’re actually capable of.
To be honest, I don't have a clue of why some people would like Ember and her being paired up with Spyro. She has no personality other than being an Amy rip-off. Now, it's possible for whoever is going to make Spyro 4 to go the same route as Tawna, and make her more interesting and badass, but frankly I wouldn't like for her to upstage Spyro in any way shape or form. Also, if it is Toys For Bob the one making the fourth game, then I don't see why they would add a character which only main trait is to having a crush on Spyro, considering how much they pushed on the Spyro and Elora ship, unless they plan to have a catfight between the two.

Actually, we don’t know if Ember’s personality is the same as Amy Rose’s so there is a chance that she could be better than her and the reason why people like Ember is because they see her as someone who does understand that you can’t force someone to love you and I also see her as better than Amy Rose and even though she may flirt with Spyro a lot and talk a lot about marriage a lot, but she will never force Spyro to marry her. But if you believe that Ember is like Amy Rose then that is fine as it your opinion and remember, everyone has their opinions and we each should respect them.
I would so love to see eruptor, stealth elf, gill grunt, pop fizz, Eon, Hugo and Jet vac all return to the spyro franchise, they were his best friends in skylanders. I would have it that the skylanders would act as some foreign peace keepers to the universe and they would appear in places like avalar, wumpa islands or even the artisans world to help solve issues relating to the darkness from that originated from skylands. e.g. The darkness wants to make a super volcano explode so spyro and hunter meets up with Eruptor and the three work together to save the town or village below it or Malefor is attacking a dragon kingdom so hex and cynder are there to fight off his armies and this could be how spyro meets cynder. Maybe near the end of the game, spyro might eventually meet with Eon and the portal master might offer him a role as a skylander to which spyro refuses because he has to protect his own kind and can't be off in the farthest corners of the universe away from home. or maybe for the TLOS series, have spyro go to the dragon city and meet with ignitus who teaches him how to use special fire attacks and combat and let malefor be one of the main big baddies.... I'd also would love to see kaos and glumshanks in the fourth game aswell and have their own arc that sort of clashes with spyro's story.

He was fun to play as in Heroes Tail since that was the first time we actually got to control Hunter outside of the speedway missions in 3. If they utilize him more in a future game and give him more playable screen time it could be cool. Even a game where we’re able to Switch between playing as Spyro and Hunter would be awesome.

Rats. Since Ember was originally designed for Enter the Dragonfly, I thought this was going to be more evidence of Enter the Dragonfly being remade. The project (which may or may NOT be Spyro) is code named Rainbow. Enter the Dragonfly was originally planned to be about weather conditions and even included "rainbows" as an example.
The clothing was confirmed to have stolen fan artwork. I doubt that Activision would license such merchandise. And before you bring up Sega with the Sonia fanart and the other pieces of fanart in Sonic Colors Ultimate, do note that Sega and Activision have completely different views on fanworks. Sega slips up, but at least they acknowledge the issue when it arises, even though one situation ruined an entire fanart contest that couldn't be resolved in a timely manner.

I see that and I made a comment about how to reboot skylanders. And if dark Spyro appears in Spyro 4it would work of how the symbiote suit works in Spider man 2 ps5. The dark form effects Spyro Behavior like how the Symbiote effects Peter behavior. And Spyro becomes addicted to the dark form so cynder or toys for bob own OC dragon don’t steal. In Spyro: A Hero's Tail, I remember that both Ember and Flame were kinda playable. But only because of collecting certain sets of Dragon Eggs.
They had the same abilities and the same voice sound effects. They were just skins.

Elora, Bianca, Cynder, and Ember are my favorite female characters in Spyro.
I'd love to see more of Ember. Her character wasn't really explored. She had more screentime in Shadow Legacy than she did in Hero's Tail, (and was involved in a side quest) but she was still just a minor NPC. I want to know what her abilities might be, or at least why she has a crush on Spyro. I want to see more of Flame too, but I want to see Ember more because there aren't many female dragons in the Spyro universe; Cynder is the only major one.
I would be fine with Ember making an appearance as a character, as long as we get Cynder as well to be a character!

But she could be a cameo as for Spyro 4, same as thing as Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time has the cameos of Crash Bandicoot characters from previous Crash Bandicoot games like post Naughty Dog Crash games.
But I could imagine that new Spyro 4 title game would have the cameos of Spyro characters from previous Spyro games like post Insomniac Spyro games and The Legend of Spyro Trilogy.

I think as far as Ember and Spyro's love life, I'm thinking Toys for Bob has some plans already for Elora given the twist they gave her character in Reignited with her being more flirty with Spyro. That said, the idea of there being a new girl dragon around Spyro's age would make sense. Though I'd argue Cynder makes more sense in that role.
They could have a Betty and Veronica thing going on between Cynder and Ember.

Now, seeing what CTR and Crash 4 did with elements from its various games, Spyro would do the same, it would be a crime if not.
I love and support the idea of other Spyro games' elements and characters reappearing in new Spyro games, to honour and reach the many fans it has across the franchise. The ideas you've mentioned are great examples.
And of course, when we mention Ember, we can't go without mentioning Flame and Cynder, and the same with these last two.
I'll sound insisting but I really hope that Cynder, Flame and Ember reappaear in the Spyro brand, either be as playable characters, NPCs or even cameos or references. I feel they've turned very important in the fandom even after many years.

I would love to see Ember and Bandit appear together, especially as playable characters, in a future game! Maybe Ember could do something related to sparkles like Camie’s illusion Quirk from MHA, or something to do with crystal themed or love-themed attacks. I can see her as some dream weaver type. Would be interesting for Bandit to try to work as one of the Peace Keepers, but facing issues because he’s an Armadillo.
The fiasco reminds me too much of the issues I’ve seen in Redbubble, which have stolen content made by artists. I think the shirt thing being used as evidence for Ember appearing is a huge stretch, since the content the shirt copied was fan-made.

Here is an idea why not both cynder and ember (along with flame)? They could easily retcon cynder from TLOS series into spyro 4. I know this would anger some of the cynder fanbase sue me but come on cynder was also a good character regaudless. As long as they don't screw it up.

I wrote a long butt post about what I'd want to see, and my big idea was referencing the other series via worlds. Basically, start out referencing the Trilogy games, a level a piece from those as sort of corrupted worlds you heal to fight back some bad villain. Then, when you're done with the Trilogy worlds, you do it in world referencing the Year of the Dragon Fly and Hero's Tail. But after that you get the 'Distant Worlds' which start out as references to Legends, then shift to Skylanders, and finish up with a big evil boss fight as the climax of the one who's been corrupting the worlds.
Hey Canadian Guy Eh, something worth noting, I saw an article that Acti-Blizz is doing some charity relief for the people of Ukraine in these hard times, but one thing worth noting is that one of the most prominent games they're sending in support is the Spyro Reignited Trilogy... I know this is a charity event for a great cause, but it does seem to be more proof that they're hinting for something relating to Spyro 4 down the line.
I dont know who ember knowing that i consider myself as a spyro fan but id like to have her and cynder too as playable characters on spyro 4. Thatll be amazing, i hope that the playtime hours is long or even longer too.

I mean.. it would complicate things if they decide to follow up the original trilogy and have Elora show up again and suddenly there's Ember and/or Cynder as well.
I mean, Hunter obviously has to make a return since he's been in the other Spyro games from Ripto's Rage, Year of the Dragon, Enter the Dragonfly, A Hero's Tail, and even in the last Legend of Spyro game (though he was vastly different in that one).

The Ember/Flame skins in A Hero’s Tail were the same as Spyro right down to the voice sound effects.
My only idea for Ember's special skill were she to return as a playable character would be that she'd have the strongest charge and head bash between her, Spyro, and Flame, with certain things that only she can break for treasure or opening up new areas.
But as a counter, both require build up/charging before using either ability with cool down after each use.
Likewise, Cynder would have the fastest dodge and charge, and Flame can charge his breath for a spit-shot (similar to Mega Man being able to charge his Mega Buster).
As for Spyro, he's as he is, but the idea would be that he's the balance of the other three, since they would have downsides to account for their abilities which give them some edge over Spyro.
who knows, if cynder is in the new games, maybe she'll actually be a good character
I think a female dragon whether it be Cynder or Ember would be an interesting dynamic to introduce as a foil to Elora. Elora's traits compliment Spyro, giving his dragon abilities a greater purpose to serve while Ember is very similar to Spyro and encourages him to be a free spirit as his birth given right as a mighty dragon.
I think they sorta wrote her off when she got over Spyro and fell in love with Bandit in Shadow Legacy.
I think Ember could be the magic type.
The Spyro franchise needs more dragons at Spyros age that are less emo and dark oriented for once.
Despite Ember getting few lines in two games, she already made a big impact where many fans love/hate her for being cute and getting easy crush on other male characters (Spyro and Bandit). I mainly like her design and I think they can remake her personality to something more adventurous than just being some love interest like Cynder is.
I'm still FURIOUS over them shutting down the Legend Of Spyro statue! I would have bought both the normal and exclusive versions in a heartbeat since there's little to no real merch of the LOS trilogy games and Dawn Of The Dragon is my favorite game of all time. I honestly prefer The Legend Of Spyro over the original Spyro games because the originals are such a product of the 90's and the LOS trilogy tried to make Spyro into more than just a 90's collectathon aimed at just children. They weren't perfect obvious and could have clearly been better, but I think it was good and deserves more love.
The only thing 'Spyro' about the LOS trilogy is his name on the box, I hope there's no reference to it in Spyro 4 or other future games. The original trilogy is king 💜
I don't think the OG trilogy was entirly kid-friendly due to Spyro's often 'kill or get eaten'
scenarios he winds himself in, not to mention the psychotic sorceress in Spyro 3
that sicks a (Forcibly transformed) demon to help her commit mass infantcide
'all so she could be immortal' so his life wasn't entirely "E for Everyone".
I'm more wary that 'considering Reignited' that they'll try to make Spyro even
more kid-friendly thus stopping anything like Legends or Shadow Legacy

What about Spyro's Brother, Flame? He didn't have a lot of lines in Hero's Tail.

If Ember DOES come back, I feel like it would make natural sense to also bring back Flame and set the two of them up to eventually be a couple by the end of the game, not the random Armadillo she ends up with in Shadow Legacy. Plus personally I'm more of a "Spyro & Cynder" guy, especially since when you look at the original, Spyro and Elora weren't really set up to be a couple, and like the only hint to it was "Spyro missed his chance" where he was looking at something else when she tried to kiss him on the love boat ride. Not to mention his attitude in the original DOES NOT come across like someone who's into romance at that point. So I don't know where the idea of him and Elora being a couple came from.
For Ember's unique power aspect if a playable character, which her name is also sort of generic "fire" related, I think it would be fun to explore the idea of Bubble Breath, stunning enemies (soap in the eyes) and making them either easier to defeat, turn into (maybe bouncy?) platforms (stuck in a bubble), or maybe even be turned into "temporary allies" where (while you could still get hit) they basically have friendly fire on. Could also have an alt fire where you could coat the floor in soap and turn it into ice physics that affects both you AND enemies (ramming into them basically turns them into an hockey puck). Could also just apply this to a rework of the breath powerup from Enter the Dragonfly.
The idea coming to me when I learned about how Pink Dragons in D&D work, Dungeon Dad has a video on the topic along with other dragon colors and their history, theyre pretty good, y'all should check them out.
Maybe they could refer back to the third game and instead of Agent 9, Sgt. Byrd, etc it could be the different dragons instead. So playable characters but need to be unlocked by playing their own personal home level almost just like the third game, just with a different story line connecting them all. And have to unlock the other dragons to be able to 100% the entire game, to include the back tracking from the third game. Just a thought but I think it would be a nice little throwback but add more depth to characters like Ember and Flame that we didn’t see that much and learn their special abilities and what they’re actually capable of.
To be honest, I don't have a clue of why some people would like Ember and her being paired up with Spyro.
She has no personality other than being an Amy rip-off.
Now, it's possible for whoever is going to make Spyro 4 to go the same route as Tawna, and make her more interesting and badass, but frankly I wouldn't like for her to upstage Spyro in any way shape or form.
Also, if it is Toys For Bob the one making the fourth game, then I don't see why they would add a character which only main trait is to having a crush on Spyro, considering how much they pushed on the Spyro and Elora ship, unless they plan to have a catfight between the two.

Actually, we don’t know if Ember’s personality is the same as Amy Rose’s so there is a chance that she could be better than her and the reason why people like Ember is because they see her as someone who does understand that you can’t force someone to love you and I also see her as better than Amy Rose and even though she may flirt with Spyro a lot and talk a lot about marriage a lot, but she will never force Spyro to marry her. But if you believe that Ember is like Amy Rose then that is fine as it your opinion and remember, everyone has their opinions and we each should respect them.

best friends in skylanders. I would have it that the skylanders would act as some foreign peace keepers to the universe and they would
appear in places like avalar, wumpa islands or even the artisans world to help solve issues relating to the darkness from that originated
from skylands.
e.g. The darkness wants to make a super volcano explode so spyro and hunter meets up with Eruptor and the three
work together to save the town or village below it or Malefor is attacking a dragon kingdom so hex and cynder are there
to fight off his armies and this could be how spyro meets cynder. Maybe near the end of the game, spyro might eventually
meet with Eon and the portal master might offer him a role as a skylander to which spyro refuses because he has to protect
his own kind and can't be off in the farthest corners of the universe away from home.

He was fun to play as in Heroes Tail since that was the first time we actually got to control Hunter outside of the speedway missions in 3. If they utilize him more in a future game and give him more playable screen time it could be cool. Even a game where we’re able to Switch between playing as Spyro and Hunter would be awesome.

Rats. Since Ember was originally designed for Enter the Dragonfly, I thought this was going to be more evidence of Enter the Dragonfly being remade. The project (which may or may NOT be Spyro) is code named Rainbow. Enter the Dragonfly was originally planned to be about weather conditions and even included "rainbows" as an example.
The clothing was confirmed to have stolen fan artwork. I doubt that Activision would license such merchandise.
And before you bring up Sega with the Sonia fanart and the other pieces of fanart in Sonic Colors Ultimate, do note that Sega and Activision have completely different views on fanworks. Sega slips up, but at least they acknowledge the issue when it arises, even though one situation ruined an entire fanart contest that couldn't be resolved in a timely manner.

Ember loves Spyro. She says look at this dark gem, it’s pulsating with evilness, still it would look good on an engagement ring wouldn’t it Spyro?

She doesn't have to be the exact same character she was. Especially since she barely had a personality even in that one game she had a bit part in.

I think Cynder should be in the story then a playable character or skin.
