Well I feel amazing first off. I look amazing I’ve lost 130Ibs so I can move a hold lot faster and better. My mindset has to remember I’m in a smaller sizes now. Cause sometimes I still be looking at bigger sizes but I know it’s a process. If you don’t mine me asking do you have problems with bowel movement since you seem to be eating alot of protein?

Try to switch things up a bit. Try to exercise at least 30 min everyday, watch carbs!
