I’m 2 months post op and all I’ve lost is 20 pounds. My nutritionist was kind of upset. Saying there’s no way I’ve lost only 20 pounds and swears I’m doing everything wrong 😭 I feel like a failure

I’m a new subscriber 👋🏽Thanks for sharing. I’m scheduled for surgery on. May 20, 2024 at a local hospital so Its 13 days until surgery, I’m nervous but excited. I’m on the 2 week of the liquid diet and it’s torture but I’m very disciplined with it all, my husband and I will be empty nesters in 3 months so now it’s time for me to do something for me to better myself and it begins with this processed. I feel like my VSG wasn’t done right. Why am I only down 10 pounds in 2 weeks post op😭

I saw when she was real big and wow she looks amazing but the way she talks is crazy how peoples personality changes not saying that she’s you know snobby or anything, but she wasn’t talking like that when she was bigger she was more humble now she looks more bougie and like she think she’s all that but good luck girl you look great and amazing. Im 11 months post op and also having issues with my gallbladder, can’t wait to see your next video to get more info. Also I been in a stall for almost 4 months, I only have 20lbs for my goal weight and it’s so hard to loose it. I been going to the gym 3 days out the week. My sugar cravings are really taking a toll on me.

I couldn’t even recognize you anymore. Good for you! I have barely lost 100 pounds. We had surgeries around the same time. You are very lucky because I do the same thing you do, exercise five times a week, and eat healthy but the weight does not wanna come out that easy for me 😢

I watch these and say to myself. I was almost 400lbs! Pple that looks totally smaller than me in a few mnths weighed less than me, i gotta remember that! Im working out 5days a week eating fairly well and im at a stall now, ive giving up the scale and judging by my clothes and my clothes getting loose so its working

So glad I found your channel I meet my surgeon and nutritionist this Tuesday. I have Graves’ disease and gained so much weight while working towards remission. Terrified that I’ll have a Graves flare up after surgery but you give me hope. I hope your Hashimoto’s stays euthyroid with medicine❤

Hey beautiful! You’ve done an amazing job! 🎉 I’m two weeks post-op today and still have one more week to go before my puréed/soft foods stage. I’m trying to figure out some ideas for that next stage which I’m really excited about after being on the liquid stage for so long 😂 Do you have any ideas or recipes on things that you had during that stage? I’m also a teacher ❤

I get drunk fast and it’s over quick too. But tbh it feels pointless bc I know I need to eat something with alcohol but I can’t eat and drink at the same time. So social time has to be longer for me to enjoy drinks and dinner like everyone else😩

Congrats on your amazing journey! Love your videos. I am waiting for my surgery date. On of the things that came up in every pre-op session was "to stop drinking alcohol" because bariatric patients are more prone to become alcoholics. Just be careful out there.

Congratulations! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Just made my 1 year! I've been at 165-169 for the past couple months. I think mine has stopped at this point, even though I would like to lose another 10-15 lbs. I really need to incorporate a workout regimen asap 😅 my worry is the same thing you dealt with at the gym. Definitely do the treatment from people video next, cause that is real!

I have had the exact same experience with drinking. It comes on, then goes away!

I think my Vsg is broken I’ve only lost 63 lbs and half of that was in the first month after surgery. 😢
