If gas gets stuck in you stomach massages or laying down on the floor or sofa with cushioned things that will put under your stomach , then laying down there for an hour with your face down will get farts out . Also , use a rolly for stomach will work too . If this helps give me a like to know if this helped you .
I've been doing this sense a kid the body loves pressure no one taught me this but I'd get bad stomach aches id take a pillow ball or up but it right were the pain was and lay dead weight and OMG the relief of wake up with drool l...now sense getting my gall bladder removed i get gas all the time and massage it out

I don’t have any fascia or obliques. I can understand someone putting their hand there, or just a soft simple motion, like keeping your hand or something there for support. But that’s an extraordinarily delicate line.
