This was so awesome. As an Australian I would have been honoured to eat this cake. Although to really make it more Australian you could have made the buttercream green and gold/yellow. Although red, white, and blue are our flag's colours, we also have green and gold as our 'unofficial' colours. For instance, our Olympic Athlete wear green and gold uniforms. But it's still a delicious and amazingly detailed cake. P.S. My Vegemite on crackers would have looked pure black with the amount of Vegemite I have on it. I love Vegemite! And that size jar only costs $3 here.
