My goodness you did a beautiful job with my crackle technique. It turned out soooo pretty! I loved all of your projects today! You always do such beautiful work on whatever you touch. Haha your like Midas with crafting. Love you crafting sister.
Oh Lisa, these are all absolutely stunning and I mean just stunning. I have not been a fan of the crackle look at all until now. I am going to try it now. You made it these items look so beautiful. I live this style of decor. Thank you so much. Also thanks to your friend Tess, for sharing her technique with you and you for passing it on. Amazing!!
Everything was just perfect. Years ago when my daughter graduated from college we decorated her bedroom in this style. All of these pieces would have fit perfectly. Love to Mill Rd & back💕
Thanks for the video! The crackle technique you used is the quickest, cheapest solution I've seen without having to buy specialty products. I love all your projects. TFS😊 BTW, I've seen people stamp tissue paper and decoupage that paper to a project.
My fave is the crackle book riser! Love it so much. All turned out beautiful. Thanks for the Open House info. Until next time take care and God bless 😊
We will be calling you the Crackle Sisters from now on! I bought some items from Decoupage Central and I am excited to get them in (I used the link) All the projects were glorious!

Love all of these projects especially the box. I giggled when you said your sister said you'd be crackling everything in the shop I too get "obsessed" when I learn a new technique.

I love the crackle technique and everything you did was just great! Such wonderful inspiration, Lisa. I want to share with you what I do with round objects....I make a towel base, or cradle of sorts to hold it in place, essentially stabilizing it and then I put the entire thing on top of my wooden turn table so it's held in place but also easy to rotate.....if that makes sense. Enjoyed your video very much.🤩
I LOVE this video! Everything is so beautiful and I will definitely be saving this saving this video. I love French country decor. Thank you for sharing your talent and creativity with us.

Oh thank you!
Superbe, bonjour de France :)
Thank you 🙏😊
Gorgeous projects!! Did you let the polycrylic dry totally before you applied the Dixie dirt?
Thank you so much sweet friend and yes I did🙂
Question please. You didn't use any heat to get the crackle finish?
I'm amazed at how lovely the crackling looks.
No heat unless you’re in a hurry for it to dry🙂
Well done
Thanks 😊
Lisa gave me permission to share where I get my IOD products…Sharon at Accidental Artmaker. Love her!!!
☺️❤️
Did the crackle happen after you applied the poly crylic?
Yes, it did. ❤️ 😊
Could you have used an antiquing wax, and done away with the Matt spray.
You could🙂
What brand of tacky glue did you use for the crackle effect
I use Alene’s tacky glue😊
My first comment didn't show. But I found a drawer on the road. This gives me some ideas. Thanks!
Glad it helped!
Beautiful! But what did you put on the sign to create that crackle effect?
Crackle from Dixie Belle
@@ourshabbycottage8553 Thank you! ☺️
Mod Podge has a one step crackle.
