My boyfriend bought 30 pound weights about 2 years ago to curl them. I thought I would never be able to workout with them. But thanks to Sydney's encouragement I used them throughout this workout and i am much stronger than I thought. I crushed it, now it's time to go crush the rest of my day!!

It is possible so so proud of myself crushing the second week of accelerate. 🦵are wobbly. Always found front lunges very challenging but I pushed myself ❤❤❤
First half of this workout I was like Holy Crap my legs. Second half I was like Holy Crap my abs. Then there was the last interval!!! But I crushed it!! Loved this workout challenge. Great job everyone!

CRUSHED IT!! I absolutely love leg day.. I love challenging myself.. when I first did the overhead squats, I was not able to hold a 15lb dumbbell and now by working out with Sydney and all of you, I can do an overhead squat with a 25 lb .. super excited about that. Omg that last leg burner I felt so strong. I took that moment when I felt I couldn't go any more and just switched gears and kept going as hard as I could and didn't stop. Very proud moment bc that was a super hard move. 💪🔥🥵💦😁💜🦸♀️

Today was SUCH a Hard Day of Life!! Battle after Battle.... Didn’t want to workout I was Emotionally exhausted... But as I struggled with the emotions of the Day, I told my husband “I will not let this Day defeat me!!I’m going to workout!” So Glad I Did!! The message at the end of the message was Confirmation! Praise the Lord and Sydney Cummings!!😊

i love the fact you program in multiple rounds of exercises and challenge us to go go up in weight or difficult with each set. i've really been honing in on that telling myself "jsut try heavier you can always set it down" every time and most of the time once ive got that heavier weight i can push through with it and it feels amazing. ty Sydney!

I have maximum 7 kg dumbbells, so to push myself today I added double resistance band to the back squats, heel lifted squats and last two rounds of those sumo jumps and trust me guys, IT BURNS. So, here's a little something you can also do. 🌻 Crushed this workout, thanks Sydney.

Today was a day where I felt exhausted and just did not want to workout, but I pushed through that exhaustion and showed up on my mat. I am very happy I did, because now I feel so strong and ready to tackle the day!
