    Hey guys! I’m 16 and found Sydney in June. I started her summertime fine and have been loving every workout ever since. I do them with my mom every morning. It is such a great way to start my day! Because sports are all cancelled this is what I have been doing to keep moving. I love the community we have together and everyone go crush this day!

    My boyfriend bought 30 pound weights about 2 years ago to curl them. I thought I would never be able to workout with them. But thanks to Sydney's encouragement I used them throughout this workout and i am much stronger than I thought. I crushed it, now it's time to go crush the rest of my day!!

      Same here! I never thought i would be using my husbands 30lb dumbbells and now I’ve stolen them and they belong to me! 😂 it’s amazing how we get stronger with these workouts.

      Using 30 pound weights is my ultimate goal 😍 I've started working out with Sydney a month

      Me too, split squats are so hard for me but knowing that makes me work & keep doing them. I have missed doing them, because I know they are so good for strength. Way to go team, we are doing so good this month!

    It is possible so so proud of myself crushing the second week of accelerate. 🦵are wobbly. Always found front lunges very challenging but I pushed myself ❤❤❤

    First half of this workout I was like Holy Crap my legs. Second half I was like Holy Crap my abs. Then there was the last interval!!! But I crushed it!! Loved this workout challenge. Great job everyone!

    CRUSHED IT!! I absolutely love leg day.. I love challenging myself.. when I first did the overhead squats, I was not able to hold a 15lb dumbbell and now by working out with Sydney and all of you, I can do an overhead squat with a 25 lb .. super excited about that. Thank you Sydney for pushing me to work harder and get stronger.. i hope you all have a wonderful day and let’s keep crushing these workouts together!!💞🖐🏻💪🏻BOOYA!!

    Omg that last leg burner I felt so strong. I took that moment when I felt I couldn't go any more and just switched gears and kept going as hard as I could and didn't stop. Very proud moment bc that was a super hard move. 💪🔥🥵💦😁💜🦸‍♀️

    When I really focus, close my eyes, and just do the the workout, focus on what I'm doing,tell myself come on keep going, it's incredible!!!!!!! Fantastic workout!!!!! 🙌 We can do this everyone!!!!!

    Today was SUCH a Hard Day of Life!! Battle after Battle.... Didn’t want to workout I was Emotionally exhausted... But as I struggled with the emotions of the Day, I told my husband “I will not let this Day defeat me!!I’m going to workout!” So Glad I Did!! The message at the end of the message was Confirmation! Praise the Lord and Sydney Cummings!!😊

    I started out feeling too sore and almost wanted to skip today. But I told myself that I can make this a lifestyle, and I know every time after I've completed a workout, I'd feel so so proud of myself. SO I CRUSHED this!     OMG! Amazing workout. I've personally grown a lot in terms of endurance and the weight range throughout the 3months that I've been doing Sydney's workouts. I've take a break for a week last week and thought I wouldn't be able to do it today. But God did I push through! Loved it as always! Thank you Sydney ❤️

    Ok I am so proud of myself! Thank you, Sydney and Dustin🙏🙏 I missed my workout yesterday so I made up my mind to catch-up today. I completed yesterday and today's workout today - one in the morning and one in the evening!! And then I loved the foam roller stretch session from the other day and completed that one once again today too!! Almost 2 hours with my beloved personal trainer today!! 😁🎊🎉🥳💚❤️💚❤️

    i love the fact you program in multiple rounds of exercises and challenge us to go go up in weight or difficult with each set. i've really been honing in on that telling myself "jsut try heavier you can always set it down" every time and most of the time once ive got that heavier weight i can push through with it and it feels amazing. ty Sydney!

    I have maximum 7 kg dumbbells, so to push myself today I added double resistance band to the back squats, heel lifted squats and last two rounds of those sumo jumps and trust me guys, IT BURNS. So, here's a little something you can also do. 🌻 Crushed this workout, thanks Sydney.

    Love what you said about “being grateful for your health and strength” that’s so important. I tell my kids that every day! I also loved the squats with calf raises (more calf exercises please) and I love the squats with raised heels. Thanks for another great work out! 💖

    Today was a day where I felt exhausted and just did not want to workout, but I pushed through that exhaustion and showed up on my mat. I am very happy I did, because now I feel so strong and ready to tackle the day!     Love leg 🦵 and ab days! You all crushed it this morning. Seeing everyone’s accomplishments are very inspiring to me. I’m gonna get back to my higher weights at some point. Surgery brought me back down in weights, but I know I’ll get back up there.
