Thank goodness you brought this up! Truly, investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life; working multiple jobs isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom and unfortunately, we discover this later in life. Currently earn as much as 10 grand weekly and this has improved my financial life. Great piece!😊😊

I'm curious, what are some of the key factors that you consider when making investment decisions? Do you have any tips for those of us who are just starting to dip our toes into the world of investing? Thanks for sharing your story!

It's amazing how accurate their market analysis is, and how good and understanding they are towards beginners. She'll even go to an extent of building up a suitable strategy plan that fits your investment size.

I'm answering the question that if I were 6'3, would I date a guy shorter than me? In my younger years (teens and early 20's), I had a preference to date guys taller than me. However, I am now 36 years young😁, and through my many years of experience, I can honestly say that height does not matter any longer. A man's height does not determine how he treats you, care for you, love you nor determines his overall ability to provide. Aside from that, there's the myth that if he's short, or if his hands or feet are small then other parts of him are small as well. That is the furthest thing from the truth!! A true and real man will be a man regardless of his height and other factors! I love this episode!! Keep them coming❤️

This is Good AO , I’m happy to see her doing her thing! Praise God! The way I learned and who I learned from ( in my opinion is the best who is out here doing it) He has 28 beds and makes over 200k every 3 months and he teaches us to put everything up front and let the building holder know what we plan on doing with the property and he tells you exactly what to say to the owner in order for you to get the property , and it works like WELL 💰

I agree with Nikki... but single women can rent to women if in the same house. My mom did this for 20 years. But she lived in a large Chicago Bungalow.
She rented to men who were actually family and friends. Her house was segmented into 3 levels with locks. She bought it on auction. She could lock her door that separated her rented attic and rented basement. She did this while she was a policewoman and taking care of my ailing grandfather and his room had a kitchenette.

I'm tall and have dated men shorter than me. Short men LOVE tall women, and if he has a great personality, you won't even notice the height difference. It won't be a problem unless he himself has insecurties about his height.

I think height doesn’t matter what matters to me is my peace of mind and the happiness of my children and my husband and I because I saw my mum go through terrible things as a single mother with two girls that I don’t wish for even my enemies. Your freedom and peace of mind with your family comes first. That is why I am waiting for the right man with no rash 🙏🙏
