I'm feeling sad for Jaguar, second year in a row they finished 2-3 in drivers championship, but this time Wehrlein jumped them from 4th last year. This race was a disaster for them in terms of strategy and Cassidy unfortunate demise.
Jaguar should rethink its executives. They make so many mistakes that even with a superior package and two world champion drivers, you can't win the title against a weaker car with only one driver on an equal footing, but an almost flawless team leadership.
What a finale! I was expecting it to be good with the 3 contenders all starting near the front but the way it all unfolded was stranger than fiction in a great way. I think the team that has two challengers in a close fight with another lone driver for another team has a huge disadvantage because of how attack mode works. Unless you specifically say the leader gets preference, as you would in an F1 race with pit-stops for example, you’ll get this tactical mess; which will always play to the favour of the driver of the other team.
