Ive watched quite a few of these vids, and to be honest, these workers are very skilled. It takes literally a split second for a piece of work to be ruined if the machine is even off by a mm. The tolerances are miniscule. Great work guys
Thank you very much brother, yes, even the smallest mistake can ruin all our efforts. We work in accordance with ISO9001 tolerances, we look for one percent when necessary.
Hi, I've been watching some of your videos. In this video, I see you didn't use any cutting fluid at all even though you cut really deep. Is that normal or are there special cases when you have to use fluids?
Thank you for following me. There is no particular reason why I don't use water. Actually, if we use it, the diamond will last longer. However, I can't keep water on my counter so I don't use it unless I have to.
What the hell bro, if you are talking about diamonds, I use them as much as possible in rough machining. We use ready-made diamonds and do not bother with satin sharpening.
@@hydraulicfactory Then place the angle of the blade correctly, it is easy to see that the cut is not going well, it is just a piece of advice, if you don't like it, sorry, if you like, I can stop watching your videos.
@@hydraulicfactory I know it, the boss is stingy and can only see that it costs money. he does not understand that it goes twice as fast with the right tool and he cannot understand that it takes so long
Well I noticed no hearing and eye protection used by anyone in the shop. I don’t care how good of a lathe operator you are, but if you loose your eyes you are no good. OSHA would have a hay day in that shop.
Harika bir ekip kolay gelsin
Teşekkürler

No problem, I am open to all kinds of criticism.
Hold your camera still...
I take pictures with my mobile phone but that's all there is to it.
this 35 gr wnmg is not good for rough out
I'm trying to do the best with the teams we have.

Correct detection sir.😀😀
Stop tickling it, get the feed up!
Do I look like I'm playing a game?
Polishing with gloves on is a big no no
Because the diameter is large and there is a sharp corner, there is no way to wrap the glove.
Stop moving the camera so much
okay brother
Оператор бесстрашный, к шпинделю лезет с камерой 😊
Yes brother, you need to be a little fearless in big stalls.🙂

We wear it when necessary, of course, I am aware that occupational safety and health are the priority of everything.
@@hydraulicfactory my definition of necessary is all the time. Was in the business 50+ years now retired.
How beautiful, my master, time flies so fast, unfortunately I will retire one day too.
Wearing heavy gloves was also a big NO when I started.
I don't work without wearing gloves
