Very Cool.. I can not wait to try it out in the field.. Yes The Package arrived today.. Will be doing a mail call/shout out again soon... Thank You Two so Much for an awesome GAW..
I have the 15. Which I don't really like, i find almost has to touch the item before it reacts, so I might purchase the 35 after watching your review. Can't really complain the 15 came with my metal detector as a bonus offer
I have the minelav pro-find 35, I wanted to ask you how you handle changing 9v batteries. I know that there are 9 V rechargeable batteries but most are a scam, they don't usually reach 9 V and they don't have the mAh that the manufacturer says. Do you know of any that do comply and are worth buying?
That Minelab 35 turns on a lot faster than my Minelab 15. You use a Garrett more often than the Minelab. The Pro Find 15 works good but I will probably get a 35 or a Garret as an upgrade.
@@DigginSoCal sir thank you soo much for your heartful reply, one small request sir, i am from india, in my area rough diamonds are found in paddy fields, recently yesterday one farmer got 30 crts rough diamond in field, one of local marchant buy in auction for nearly 2 crores, like this everyday founding diamonds, atleast one or two per day.. sir this is my situation, so will you please suggest scanner or locator or detector to usefull for me in this kind of situation
My Garrett Pinpointer was old and wasn’t picking up all targets and shutting off. This new Minelab is doing a great job. I would like to test it against a new version of Garrett & see how they compare
@@DigginSoCal I've been having problems with mine not picking things up and having to turn it off and then on....I bought it in 2016 so it might be time to replace it
Digging Canuck yeah I’m not sure of their life span. I have 2. They are spot on so far but the older one occasionally has a hiccup and acts a little crazy. But it never lasts. May be a battery issue.
I'm pretty much torn between this, the Minelab Pro Find 35, or the Nokta Macro Pinpointer. Like the ability to quickly adjust the sensitivity. Not the push and hold, push and hold again type of stuff.
Hum....Not familiar with the Nokta...Will have to check it out. I do agree...Minelab does require a lot of on/off. and lately kinda has an attitude...lol
I’ve had mine for three weeks and used it four different outings. It keeps shutting off when it finds the target. I’ve replaced the batteries with four different Duracells and two different Ravac batteries. Only the original will turn on the pointer. The light is a joke and utterly useless, the cap is very hard to get off and I have a very strong grip, it loses track of the target constantly and only the volume works. Called Mine Lab and still have no reply. This thing is junk. The Equinox 800 and headphones are also a joke. For $1000+ this thing should work flawlessly. They don’t. Buyer beware. The detector I cannot gauge depth properly 95% of the time. The headless headphones won’t match up to the machine, I have to use a cord which is a hassle. The detector signals are way off when finding the same type of metal and is very inconsistent. I can’t believe three different products from the same company have all failed.
I am not having any issues with the 800... However, after getting the Garrett pinpointer, I don't even use the Minelab any more. It started having the same issues you described and makes noise just by moving it around in the sand or ground. It started off so good and slowly has become disappointing.
@@DigginSoCal yeah, I should have gone with the Garrett and I want d to but the Pro Find 35 came with my machine. I’ll be purchasing a Garret for sure.
8 cents two pull tabs, two pieces of foil and a piece of aluminum ..well spent 129 dollar pinpointer….I’m kidding I just bought one and can’t wait for it to arrive.
I love my 35 because it's so adjustable, you can turn the power down so low you almost have to touch the item to get a signal ❤️👍
I just bought this one last week 👍
Absolutely best pin pointer I’ve seen!
best pointer I have ever seen.
mountain biker I think your pointer is actually better.
The best 1 I have ever seen is the Garret pro pointer
Thanks for demo. That Pinpointer is awesome

Minelab pinpointer seems to be a great tool
I think I missed the part, if u mentioned it but when it wouldn't detect from above, was ur setting on high or did u go up on it until it beeped?
I have one and loving it.
Yes...tried several and it is the best so far.
Awesome its a great pinpointer !!! Southern Cross Prospesctig sent me here . Best of luck and HH !!! New sub here !!!
Welcome and thank you
Better off with a Garrett pointer ( first edition), as you can increase depth to a good 4" by tapeing a silver coin to the side.
After using both for a while now I totally agree.... love my Garrett PP
Can this dectate hold?
Awesome review ! Enjoyed watching. GL&HH :)
Thanks...hoping for another adventure this weekend!!!
Sir this detects diamonds? Plz tel answer sir
Only if they are attached to a metal. It does not detect diamonds by themselves...

That happens to me all the time with the Minelab Pinpointer.
Why do you have a Sand scoop in the dirt
Aw...good observation. The Play area was sand.
