That’s not why. There’s a power imbalance with a company OWNER and an EMPLOYEE. It opens up lawsuits because Alex (employee) could sue for being coerced or say that her job was threatened if she didn’t begin a relationship with Ned. If she were to get promoted, it again causes issues because she was intimate with her boss and might be seen as unfair. Other employees could speak up about how she might have received special treatment or if she were paid more than them, because of having a relationship with Ned. It puts their company in a very vulnerable position for legal action against them. Even if all that wasn’t the case, he should still be fired for cheating since his wife is an active member within their company.

That’s not why. There’s a power imbalance with a company OWNER and an EMPLOYEE. It opens up lawsuits because Alex (employee) could sue for being coerced or say that her job was threatened if she didn’t begin a relationship with Ned. If she were to get promoted, it again causes issues because she was intimate with her boss and might be seen as unfair. Other employees could speak up about how she might have received special treatment or if she were paid more than them, because of having a relationship with Ned. It puts their company in a very vulnerable position for legal action against them. Even if all that wasn’t the case, he should still be fired for cheating since his wife is an active member within their company.

He's definitely still an owner of the try guys but just not working there anymore. They're going to either have to buy him out or make him into a silent partner. Huge headache for them.
