i love acapella but good luck finding ai generators that output choral acapella i cant read music so i need text to sound i'm listenign through in hopes because you're close to my use case and i know you need and deserve views. LIKED COMMMENTED SUBSCRIBED
You This is insane! I started playing with Ace almost a year ago, after watching two tutorials on it. I was really impressed with it, but didn't like how much editing needed to be done, especially since I use a lot of Hebrew terms in my music, which is hard to get Ace models to sing. I'm still playing with it, and appreciate that they're still updating it, and that they have good support! The choir feature is insane! Not sure it's practical for me personally, but I'll definitely try it out anyways! Your channel is amazing Bob, and I really appreciate the fact that we can see you doing the work! Most AI channels use AI generated videos and voices/people to demonstrate their work, which honestly makes it more annoying!
Used Ace for a bit this summer. My complaint was the lack of usable voices, and how difficult vocal replacement was without spending a lot of time editing. Ace told me they would soon be rolling out many more features, and it appears we're seeing it now. Good for them. Also huge respect to Ace for paying Clara. I cannot stress this last part enough.
It really does feel like a new program with the new voices - plus it REALLY helped to spend time with them. They admit they could do a better job with tutorials, but I'm loving it. Not perfect, and still takes work, but the tools are there!
Synthesizer V if you’re reading this, please bring this feature (own custom voice) to your program! ACE Studio’s subscription model is the reason why I went with your product instead 👍🏻👍🏻
This choir feature looks great. Can't wait to try it. I still find that a lot of the male voices sound like they have an almost Spanish accent! I've been playing with the phonetic spellings for pronunciations which helps a bit. I think some of the voices are more pop or hip hop than I want for choir demos/rehearsal tracks. Low notes, especially long low sustained notes of oo and ah are not great. So far though I am managing to get some good results.
I think you should do a live on this kinda stuff, I know great youtubers (such as yourself) that do lives even if they have handful of people watching it live, but what is good that anyone like me that know little about stuff like this software, can go watch the live later and see what mistakes you make, or what changes are good, and the few are watching will help or ask useful questions, I like long videos without cutting, it give me more confidence that I can do it too,
Have you or anyone else here try to train a unison choir voice with RVC? I have studio quality choir stems, but when I train them, it sounds nothing like the original sound, with many artifacts. I wonder if it's possible, maybe it has to do with the RVC pre-trained? PS I enjoy every video of yours, very educational, the best on UA-cam.
@@simchyr9120 that is very kind of you to say. I have not personally tried to train a unison choir, but I have heard some NOT really good examples of people‘s attempts. But it was a long time ago on some random voice model site.
Finally a tool that seems to have a cool workflow. 😀 Can ACE generate lyrics eg via ChatGPT also adapted to the midi melody? Instead of having to tweak every little word part manually by hand. Being able to create a whole vocal instantly is worth a lot and not loosing the inspiration flow. Tweaking words can be done afterward when finalising a track or replacing with new lyrics, could be more like a post production thing using AI. AI voices in general starts to exceed average real singers in quality. Did a remix the other week and it had kind of uninspiring sounding voices and uneven recording quality.
I tried Ace the other day because they had a money-back guarantee and figured it wouldn’t hurt. But I spent about 3 hours with it and couldn’t even a few words to sound right. The workflow is not user friendly at all. By contrast, Suno is so easy to use that literally anyone can use it and it’s destroying the music industry with people who create music with no skill and just a couple of clicks. As a musician of 40 years I can see it’s value as part of my workflow. And with Suno I can have it sing the exact words I want it to and with a little work it can get close with the notes. Nothing like midi of course but letting it do its own thing a little bit produces great results anyway. I wish there was a middle ground. For example I have one song where one verse doesn’t quite follow the scansion and melody I want. It sounds okay the way it is but I really want it to match the pattern of the other verses and I’ve tried so many times to get it to sing it a different way but it won’t do it. A little midi editing for Suno could go a long way. But Ace Studio is way of the mark for ease of use.
@@HarryClipzFilmz they do allow you to train one custom voice at no extra charge. I did one for me and it turned out pretty good although it was samples of me talking rather than singing. To use voices from Udio or Suno, you’d have to isolate enough voices to make a quality data set and I don’t think you’d be happy with the results.
@@BobDoyleMedia Please do. The new stuff with Act One Video source look really promising. You could do a whole episode just on Runway Act One and generative expand with first frame image. I think what you need to do is expand both ways twice to get an ultra wide shot and then pan in post so you can place the avatar wherever. I want to pull the trigger on Runway Unlimited but funds are tight at the moment.
I was expecting a mass choir of hundreds of singers or more at once , is that avallable in ACE ? They are always availble in keyboard samples and software plugins that I use.
@@BobDoyleMedia Ok , thats good , form my multitrack recroder experience , you just need around 7 to 10 vocies to make a chorus but it's a lot of work , it;s just better to do like the keyboard samples and have just one sample to have a chorus of people.
Nice presentation, indeed. The mitigating factor is: So far as I know, many, if not all, music libraries will NOT accept AI generated material for cues. (TAXI makes a big deal of this in their solicitations...DISCLAIMER: I get their email briefs, but am not a member...)...However, the ACE approach might be good for proof of concept composition....
It would be interesting to see if those rules apply to something like this. This isn’t generating any kind of music from a model that has copyrights. This is only voices, they are all original to the platform. The music itself is written by the musician. I’m not sure how those rules would apply.
Wow you are cooking with magic, if you had this 30 years ago, ether you will be the richest person or the music industry would send assassins for you hehe Thanks, I love music and your take on them

@@MabelYolanda-c9i you cannot do what you can do with Ace with the Kontact libraries and ProTools. It’s apples and oranges. You would use this tool along with those libraries.
