That's more than black players in the UK. There is poverty economically but there's wealth in rugby in their culture black, coloured and white.

I played a game for UCT's 'cheese and wine' team and we were a player short. Siya said he still had a game in him having just played 80 for the 1st team. The ref said only if the opposition agreed and only off the bench. They agreed. Siya then with 10 to go single handedly won us that match with two solo effort tries both off the back of retreating scrums. I made a note of remembering the name..
