grow them in potted soil and eat the leaves, perilla seeds are stronger but the leaves are just as healthy and heal from the inside out... stir fry with cabbage or spinach, onions, garlic with turmeric (natural immune support), oregano (heals lungs & cough), black pepper (re-enforces turmeric 1000x) after cooking squeeze fresh lemon juice (helps with asboration or eat raw or in salad... try fasting too up to 5-7 days, every 3 weeks... and avoid all sugars, including fruits & milk and icecream... only plain homemade yoghurt & kefir is easy to do - youtube it.... kimchi, pickles & saurkraut helps.... fruit type plants to stick with only blueberries, raspberries, oranges, tomatoes, cucumbers, lemons, watermelon and jalepinos... green veggies, fresh not processed or canned foods... stay away from carbs & startches.... yams alone no sugar or butter helps with nausea if your undergoing chemo, organic non hormone eggs, protein and fish...cancer cannot live on sugar.... cancer can be fasted away....try a gall bladder & liver flush, cant remember but google it has epsom salt, apple juice & olive oil... yoga, meditation and avoiding chemicals, toxic fumes from detergents, soaps, candles, essential oils & perfumes also helps..... try accupunture and chinese medicine, i added astragula... my prayers to you -you got this!!!
