If anyone wants to go to Sayulita that's staying around the Walmart and Cruise ship docking area, you can catch the bus to Sayulita on the main avenue where Walmart is. Just ask the locals at which bus stop it stops and then ask the driver for confirmation. That's where I took the bus in 2021. I was staying near by at an Airbnb.
I have never heard of Lo de Marcos and it seems like such a beautiful charming town that I would definitely want to visit. I love Mexico, but I’ve been staying away due to inflation and over tourism. Finding a quiet beach town has become difficult in Mexico, but these are great options. Thank you for this great video and merry Christmas to you Gabriel.😊 from Yellowknife Northwest Territories Canada 🇨🇦
Was supposed to stay at Villas Chulavista on Gringo Hill in Sayulita back in October, but it was too humid for my liking. Decided to take the ATM bus to Mascota and Talpa de Allende which was way more tolerable. Bus was super easy and it stopped right at my Copa de Oro Hotel in Mascota. It’s a Pueblo Magico and local cuisine is distinct from what I experienced in Puerto Vallarta. Got to try goat milk 🥛 just after milking with some chocolate 🍫 added. Puerto Vallarta has so much variety and it’s worthwhile to take a chance on neighboring towns. Feliz Navidad 🎄
Happy Christmas Day Gabriel & everyone. Never heard of Rincon De Guayabitos. My online work as a teacher restricted my exploration outings to the weekends only so couldn't see more of Mexico 🇲🇽 when I sent 6 monrhs there in 2021. Lots of people on that beach carnal. The next time I go on a trip to Mexico or anywhere outside of Colombia 🇨🇴, I will not be working so as to get the full on experience. 😎🇲🇽👍🏻 Arriba Mexico!
I spent a week in my campervan in Los de Marcos. It's a favorite for gringo snowbirds in RVs. Lots of RV parks on the beach. They stay all winter. I met some that had been going every winter for 20- 30 years!
My moms side of my family is from the state of Nayarit, we went to Guayabitos when I was a lot younger and I remember it very different, more recently we visited Ixtkan Del Rio, a smaller town and we recommend visiting 👍🏼🇲🇽
Merry Christmas. And yeah, I love shirts like that. The problem for me is that you really cant be sure of the quality untill you washed them a couple of times. And those shirts with such colourful designs... Its almost too good in that those saturated colours will absolutely never last long, even when you do a careful handwash and are really conservative with the detergent. And in such hot climates and taking long walks in them, youll gonna need to wash them... And it feels like such a bummer when your favorite shirt really looks washed out once it dries up. White shirts with a print really dont have that problem to that degree, because even when the colours fade, they still look good and vibrant against the white. So, any tips on that front are very welcome.
Cool towns, and I say this as a mexicano, the water can be contaminated. If you care about going into the water as well, look up blue flag beaches and go to those. Any other beaches are a roll of the dice as far as water quality of the ocean goes. ¡Feliz navidad, amigos y amigas!
Merry Christmas Gabriel,I appriciate your effort that you put for those videos and how hart is for you to keep changing countries and how expensive is everything but always you saw us the poverty side of those countries and to much walking ....!!!Only by your videos I can follow you I m not young any more,...!!I can t travelle walking so much like you do.
Great video of beach exploring. Merry Christmas, the weather Is similar to what our Christmas was like in Australia (near Sydney), sunny and warm. Thank you for all your wonderful videos. Keep on living in the moment. Cheers.❤✨
Merry Christmas Gabe... You are on your way to amazing virgin beaches. Last year, during this time, I was in that area. La Penita de Jaltemba in fact. I have a brother and a sister who live there. If you keep following the coast line, Playa de las Tortugas isa hidden, never ending beach paradise. Next is Playa Platanitos is very small, but enchanting beach. Then of course San Blas. Have an amazing new year.
Pro tip for you, Gabe. Get a Loctote flak sack. It's basically a theft proof bag. It will give you peace of mind on the beach when you're in the water. I've brought it to Bali, Mexico, Vietnam, and Cambodia without any worries of your stuff getting ripped off. Best travel purchase ever.
I live in Bucerias, I've been to all those towns. It's a chill place to live here, summers are unbearably humid though so don't know if I can last here long term - might head back to Canada.
🙂The Nuts looked like Walnuts or maybe Pecan's I Think.🙂Hope to see You and Sterling do some more Adventures Together. You make a Great Team. 🙂💚👍Another Great Adventure as always Thanks Gabriel👍After getting a Foot of Snow last night and Shovelling a lot of Snow Today Your Video and Location has Really Warm's Me Up.👍I Love DJI I have a DJI Mini 3 Pro Drone. DJI is Awesome 👍
Hi Gabriel, that's the thing with Mexico and a lot of islands you know this it's surrounded by water there's so many beaches that sometimes the smaller Beach areas that don't have a lot of restaurants or resorts don't get the attention that you know the main beaches in the big city resorts get...
not the same sentiment, one is saying it is a good day and one is wishing you a good day, the purpose of each is different, I am being specific about it, nothing against you, in case anyone learning Spanish reads this
I stayed a week in my camper van in guayabitos. It's a tourist mostly town for Mexican nationals. Everything is a little cheaper. I found my Chihuahua puppy there on the beach. He had mange, fleas and ticks. He's 7 now.
Merry Christmas Gabriel !, we used to go to Guayabitos in my childhood until we discovered Tenacatita, Boca de Iguanas, Careyitos ... But these aren't near from Sayulita
Cool video as always lo de marcos as become the new sayulita🎉 gringos land my friend had to move from there to many Americans anyway a trip to the mountain or durango would be different happy holidays 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
As a Canadian, my family and I went to Rincon De Guaybitos back in 2010. Cheaper alternative than all the other beaches from Peurto Vallarta. Rincon is where Mexicans go, hence busy. The second beach is where we were bussed to. Quieter, less busy.
I live in SD, use to frequent Mexico but the price increases the last few years have made it not worth the negatives that you have to endure. Plenty of beautiful beaches right here and I can drink the water.
Indeed, charming cities bursting with pastel colors. The beaches are lively!😊Perfect timing on the buses ,Gabriel, you are a lucky man😊
Merry Christmas Gabe. Every day is a gift. God Bless You.
Never been to Mexico.
Looks more tropical with the trees and vegetation than I imagined. Glad to see you back on the road btw.
MERRY CHRISTMAS & FELIZ NAVIDAD GABRIEL!

Thanks and Merry Christmas. Looks like granola but it's different, some kind of nut I've never seen before.
Merry Christmas Gabe! 🎄✨🍻✌️

Cool, I'll keep my eyes open for it.
ride the heatwave Gabriel!
nice video
Merry Christmas Gabriel
Yes I guess that first town is not much of a secret lol. Probably where all the locals were chased to after sayalita became too expensive.
wow, right on.
I live in Bucerias, I've been to all those towns. It's a chill place to live here, summers are unbearably humid though so don't know if I can last here long term - might head back to Canada.

Just north of you is Playa Las Cuevas. It would be more of what you like as far as beaches with very little tourists.
I showed it in another video: ua-cam.com/video/cQi7ls-gUmI/v-deo.html
Actually, that says "today is a good day." Same sentiment, ultimately. :)
not the same sentiment, one is saying it is a good day and one is wishing you a good day, the purpose of each is different, I am being specific about it, nothing against you, in case anyone learning Spanish reads this
Yes, realized that later. And it's right, a heckuva good day here in Mexican beach paradise.
For a moment I thought you were walking on La Jolla beach.
Happy Christmas.🎉

Can you put chapters in your videos please, when you are showing various different places?
Thanks.
Merry Christmas everyone
I certainly have never heard about that beach town 😆
I been there in 2007 . A bit to quiet for me at that time.
As a Canadian, my family and I went to Rincon De Guaybitos back in 2010. Cheaper alternative than all the other beaches from Peurto Vallarta. Rincon is where Mexicans go, hence busy. The second beach is where we were bussed to. Quieter, less busy.
I heard there's big storm surf in San Diego right now too.
Seems Lo De Marcos is becoming quite popular... I almost made it there last winter while staying in San Pancho
You should check out Playa Chacala too.
Hoy us una dia bonita!
I think I got the street wrong on the last video.. at the time stamp 5:17... that is the woman you need to get aguachile from. it's a story.
One of the best in Mexico
Love mehico
It’s a very common destination for weddings
++++++ Dead Can Dance great track - -
13:44 rincon de guayabitos
24:38 Lo de Marcos
Looks like a Mexican palolem beach ? 🌴
Tsunami!
that place has not change in 20 years
I live in SD, use to frequent Mexico but the price increases the last few years have made it not worth the negatives that you have to endure. Plenty of beautiful beaches right here and I can drink the water.
👍
I was in salulita 7 years ago and it was too crowded and rundown from too many tourists.
Somebody told me recently it's less crowded and better now.
👍👍👍
Pecans ?
😊❤🇧🇦🗻🏔⛰
Those shirts are cool, but made for groovy older heavy set Americans, think Tommy Bahama idea.
Is this in Colombia???😮
Magic beans?
