Grate idea. First of all I want to appreciate you for this idea. Some of my observations I would like to share with you. First is the design of tank. The bottom of tank must be in slope and small pit should be at center. Then the soil water of fish and wastage of fish food will accumulate over the center pit because of slope. That can drain out easily. Second is, the drain pipe position should be at center pit. This out can utilize for CRA system as well as aquaponics system. Then the inside of tank can apply water proofing to avoid leak and improve the tank life too. Cow dung can apply for reduce the chemical reaction too. Height of tank minimum 1 meter recommended for fish farming. This height is enough for normal aquarium fishes .
There is a reason for keeping porous rocks or corals in a concrete pond... most of the black water fishes lay their eggs on rocks which a slippery concrete wall cannot provide.. also rocks act as shade or hide and create a natual environment feeling for the fish... I added 2 pairs of tilapia for test initially and now there are nearly 50+ juveline fishes last week..and rock had a major role to play
The reason I was asking this is Bcos I wanted to start catfish business and I'm a novice at it.. Need more help on the pond though.. Like structure and more
This tank costs Rs.13 thousand... for Labour ,materials and plumbing charges... Cost varies with the size of the tank.. small ones does not even cost you 1000 since there are ready made ones... But this one is like 8feet in diameter which is bigger than normal...
@@raksuncreations6848 sir thank you very much...I built one too with readymade circular rings used in wells...which is 6 ft dia and I used three rings...sir Iam from Trivandrum....I want to make a bigger tank as you made....can I get your WhatsApp number if you don't mind.
@@inntro Hello... This tank was bulit by a normal construction worker and i just wanted him to implement my idea for water circulation and rain water collection... its quite simple .. sorry with the number
That depends upon the container in which u are planning to breed the fish... natural pond or artificial tanks... i dont think i am not an expert to answer that question... i my experience that depends upon the tank capacity to number of fishes it can hold.. you have filter methods or aquaponic method.. truly speaking i have never changed the water and just added some aquatic floating plants so that the excess amonia is removed naturally... and for cat fish you really dont have to bother about oxygen content same as guppy fish.. the method shown in the video is self sufficient as water cycling happens on ever rain we get...

•What is the size of tank?
•How many fish you can grow in this tank?
•How many day ones you change the water for tank?
Mr rakesh..how you doing.. I want to ask.. how often do I change the fish water
Nice #diyaquarist
Better you can keep level pipe outside the tank and make small holes in inside pipe to keep fish inside the tank and not drain out through tank

Mr rakesh.. Is it advisable to use rain water for fish from the roof?
Hi... why not... I have a mix of Mushi and Tialpia fish in my tank now... and they are thriving pretty well...
Why put rocks in the fish pond ? Hope I'm not disturbing you or anything?
