Girl I’m sitting in my chair at 10:40pm on 9/29/23 an I been sitting her for the past 2 hours with only one braid in, I feel the same as you did. I laughed so hard when I heard you experiencing the same thing. You gave me hope tho your hair came out so cute but Iam so ready for it to be over with ❤😂
My problem is 1. I always start my hair at the worst times (either have somewhere to go or I’ll start on a Sunday knowing I have work the next day) or 2. I get so lazy after parting I’ll just twist my natural and leave it like that was the style I was going for lol 😂
I absolutely love it! You just saved me lots of money 🤑… I can do my own hair but lately I’ve been a little too lazy- however, after seeing the prices for braids, twist or any protective styles I realize I’ll have to do it myself- I always wanted this look but I never knew which type of hair I should purchase- I’ve worn this hair before in a crochet Afro style- but I never thought to use it for Havana twist- and the hair is light- I’m going to try this out I love this hairstyle on you it looks so natural-great tutorial! I’ve subscribed! Sorry for the long comment-🥱
Thanks so much for watching and for becoming a new subbie! I definitely feel you on that saving money, im currently learning how to do knotless cause those cost just as much as rent lmao!
The I don’t feel like doing it anymore, but you barely started the actual style is a MOOOOOD! I’m gonna do this today or tomorrow just to have my hair done but im just gonna free part for once. Cause I’m actually gonna do my hair next week possibly. So this is just to hold me over. 😅👩🏾🦱
@@ShaynaViolet I like the crooked parts! It makes it look more natural. But WHYYYY did I try to do it. I came out with 30 parts, only used 6 packs.....and the twists look HUGE!! I'm so sad because I know it's my gripping/twisting technique. They're not tight enough.
Oh no! First thing glad you tried it out. If you have the time/patience definitely practice on a doll head or someone else’s head. It truly helps to figure out and perfect the twisting method and like front and center instead of twisting up your arms to try to do it on yourself (the first time around) when i first first started doing my hair i would always do 1-2 on my mannequin to make sure I actually like whatever im planning on doing and that it makes sense i.e the number of pieces and if it achieves the look that im going for.
I felt that “I don’t feeel like doing this anymore” 😭😭
😂😂😂 doing your own hair is a blessing and a curse honestly lol
Lol! This was the most relatable hair tutorial! And they look soo good!!
Appreciate it lovely! && Thank you for watching 💗💗💗💗

I usually do my parting a day before I start my twists so I can hop right into it

Can you show us the parting technique/process?
Next video I'll try to include it. It takes me so long like at least 2-3 hours to part my hair and they still come out crooked 😂

@@ShaynaViolet I'm trying again now! It looks good!
How many parts you do on the hair so it won’t look so full?
Maybe around 20-25 I don’t remember 😭
@@ShaynaViolet thanks for responding
Wow most gorgeous girl in the world 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Thank you so much! 💕
omg you are so beautiful 🫶🏾✨
Thank you so much! 💕
What was the original lengths amountif you had enough hair
8-10 packs would be enough depending on how big your parts are!
Why did you mix the 24 and 16 inch??
I didnt have enough of the 24 and had some leftover of the 16!
So would I just use 4 pieces of 24 for each one?
Yes! But depending on how big or small you want them you can add more or less.
