  • 18 years ago, before the Gamecube had even released, Switch based rumblings were already underway. I look at console prototypes to see where the inspiration for the newly revealed Ex-NX console came from.

Amazing video, that gamecube wiimote looks identicle to the finished version!!! seriously mind blowing.
also extremely high quality content I'm amazed that there's only 62 views. Great script, great reading, and absolutely fabulous animation (with the exception of the fluke at the beginning, MAN i wish i got to see the rest of that animation lol)
im obviously subbed, cant wait to see what you put out next!
now the only choice is to decide between watching your hyper light drifter analysis or the video on minigames... but ive always wondered what the hell was going on in hyper light so i think i have my answer.

Thanks so much, it's great waking up to a comment like this after being worried about how well people would like a new video. Really appreciate it!

really well done! super cool to see how the ideas Nintendo had in the past develop and mix with new ideas and eventually lead to the Switch

    Great video...
What I like about Nintendo (dissipate the fact that NES was my first console ever ;-) ) is that :
they have always tried to bring new ways of playing rather than trying to create the next (ps3-4 or 5 or whatever..)

You should do an in depth of Furi. Its a great game but I dont understand the story besides the obvious parts at the end.

I really want to because it's right up my alley visually, even started on the script, but I never managed to finish the game because my reflexes aren't quick enough. Loved it up until the third boss fight and then I kept losing to the last segment of the boss's health and having to start over. Because the early parts of that fight go at a set speed and can't get any quicker even if you master them each retry took around 15 minutes which frustrated me into quitting.

It is a difficult game, really requires time and patients where you're mostly blocking and dodging before you can attack. Anyways that's fine, not every game is for everyone
