it is deceiving. Showing one of the few upper towns in Lima doesn't mean the whole city is the same way. Perhaps a nice trip around Independencia or San Miguel would be a more realistic blog. Lima is full of thieves and insecurities. Lawlessness is the what goes around the most. She's lucky to afford what only 10% of the common folk that live there can.
@ No different than any major city in America. They kill more ppl in Chicago in a month than the entire year in Lima! You obviously havent been to Liberty city in MIami ...or Queens in NYC, Detrot...etc etc etc... I have. Try to focus on the positive and you'll feel better about yourself....

Thank you for showing Mira Flores to us and speaking in English. I have found it hard to find much in the way of videos of Peru that are done in English. We went to Peru for 2 weeks over the holidays and this area was spectacular. I couldn't believe how many people were walking! Next, go up to the Selva and show that area.

As far as I know, at one point there were so many mice in the Kenndey Park that the municipalidad decided to place cats there. The cats made an amazing job but now there are lots of them, and Miraflores puts them for adoption, I believe. Thanks again!

Admiro a las personas de provincia que inmigran a Lima por un supuesto “mejor futuro”. Que tengan mucha fortaleza para poder afrontar todas las dificultades de ser inmigrante. En este caso ser “inmigrante” en tu propio país.
