As much as I appreciate these companies making these statues. I would love it if they made a version that most of us could afford. Still bad ass though!

Moving as a toy collector is an absolute nightmare. I moved last year and 15 months later I still have boxes of figures not opened yet.
Honestly, i was expecting it to be more than 2250.. especially since its 1:1 so i think its more than fair considering Edition Size is 150

Like a 6 or 7 inch wide, paper weight version would be great!!! Something around $100 bucks and that could fit on any shelf or desk. The piece now is amazing but unattainable for most 🫤.
I second that. What you are describing would be a 1/10 scale. The company doing this has started making 1/10 street fighter and marvel stuff. But still, i'd be surprised if they did this. Most of their tmnt stuff in the past has been 1/4 and 1/3 lines.
$2.250 just to put it on the floor because that's the only way this thing gonna make sense.

As someone who recently had to pack up the whole collection and move I can definitely relate to the realization that one item takes up a whole box and soon you have way more boxes than you anticipated. Now I'm trying to sell off some things so I don't have to go through that again.

I would recommend grabbing boxes from dumpsters if you can. You can get packing material and boxes for free.
Oh man, that's _sooooo_ gross 🤢. Could never do that. Last time I moved, I couldn't even pack my collectibles in normal/non-dumpster cardboard boxes. Bought a bunch of (affordable) plastic totes...and gave them a good disinfecting with some isopropyl alcohol. Then took some freshly washed sheets and made layers within the totes to protect the figures. That was my bubble wrap.
@@Chalor. well I’ve done it for years and have collected thousands of games and toys so no big deal if it’s not your thing. There’s usually a separate dumpster just for cardboard. It’s not what your thinking

Oh okay, yeah, I gotcha. Reading my comment in hindsight, you could've easily perceived it as me being an asshole. Everyone's so hyper-sensitive now, yet at the same time extremely apathetic and hateful. Anyways, now I see you're not talking about some used cardboard boxes from the grocery store that had insect infested fruit in it. And I've continued to get less irrational when it comes to stuff like that and everything, so now I'm fine using some "clean" cardboard...but I'd still be bagging/wrapping everything up lol.

I would want this at half or even smaller scale. Aside from the crazy price, 41" diameter round? That is some major floor space. And it would only make sense on the floor. I'd like to put it on the bottom shelf of my statue rack which is a pretty good size, but at 1:1 scale it would jut out like crazy and ruin the illusion of them coming out of somewhere.
If I had the space for this I would have 100% done it. But it's a behemoth. And it's going to get scuffed into oblivion in the center of the floor... I hope they release a 1/4 scale version.
Love TMNT and love the 1990 movie bet even if I had money like that to spend I still wouldn't buy this it's too much you need half a room to dedicate to something like this

Too bad Neca couldn’t make a 1990 movie Turtle Lair and have part of the lair mimic this scene, lol. It does look ok and I wouldn’t have noticed the water until you showed it. But for $2000, sorry I shall pass, even if I had the money, I don’t think I would get it, lol.

I'm moving too, and bro.... I packed 25 boxes of my collection so far, and it's only like 40% of my collection. My collection is is out of control! It's taking me forever to pack up just the collection. I still have to pack up the rest of the house. FML!
Def not a fan of the sewer water, makes no sense either. Not worth it and I’d rather invest the $ than worry about where to put something this size.
Great video! I saw this on the Reddit. If we had a bigger place I’d think about getting it. I’d keep in a dark corner of the collection room and say to the kids, if they don’t behave the Turtles are gonna grab them and take them to the sewers 😆 but that might encourage them to misbehave even more, just kidding. .Why do tcri canister if it's a movie prop ...also let's see if they actually nailed it one to one ..the opening of an nyc access manhole is 36" and 38 1/4" to the edge of the frame ..I want mesurments haha ..this might be the nit pick to end all nit picks haha
Moving sucks horribly. Hiring movers isn’t better. I hired someone to help with packing…then I found a bunch of toys just thrown in boxes…toys on cards had fallen off.
Things were organized in a way that made no sense to me. I spent more time trying to find something then it took to buy it again…
My plan is to die in my current home

Moving itself isn't so bad, it's when you get to the new house and you're already exhausted but so much more needs to be done. I just want to leave all the boxes sitting there for a week while I recover.

You can put it on the edge near the wall, on the ground. So, no one will step it on accident.

Also when it comes to moving I don't want to hear it. I moved from NJ to NV and had 2 months. Also had 153 boxes I moved myself. Also I needed a Job transfer and my job of 14yrs at Costco took that as a opportunity to force me out of the company. So... Don't want to hear it unless it's worse then my experience
