Couldn’t resist! I’ve already called the helpline and left a message. What I forgot to include is that I would like to see some fun exclusive sewing labels. There are good ones out there but they are all starting to sound the same! Something a little different and funny would be awesome! 😊
Excited for you but wish you also had time to do a podcast of your own! I would love to see a “Sewist” shirt/sweater from you! I’ve seen you made one in the past and wear one!
@@ErsOoohribe I still own the rights to the podcast so it isn’t off the table forever but right now it’s taking a backseat for something new to blossom and grow. And I love the sweatshirt idea. I’ve made a note! Thank you for the suggestion!!
Hello! This is my 1st time hearing. The hotline will be so useful, especially to us beginner sewist. Sometimes a change is good. Congratulations on this new journey
@@Sammy-cy4tj I’m so glad you are here and excited about the hotline. Feel free to give me a call anytime and I look forward to supporting your sewing journey!
@@kellyterpstra9521 great question. I’ve been taking sewing classes since I was a small child. I went to college for fashion design and merchandising. And for the past 3 years I worked as an educator for Singer, Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff sewing brands.m which involves a lot of training and experience.
@@CraftwithBethany I have been sewing here and there for several years (mostly small projects like pouches and a couple of beginner quilts, no clothing) but I'm mostly self taught so that's why I was curious. I wasn't sure what was out there for more professional type training. Maybe I will start with some classes at a quilt shop, I'm not interested in fashion design or sewing apparel. Thanks for the information! I have only recently started following you but I'm excited for you and your new venture!
@@kellyterpstra9521 yes watching UA-cam tutorials, taking in person classes, and exploring expos is a great way to grow your knowledge and skills. So glad you’re here! 🩷
